I was quickly greeted upon my arrival, and check-in was simple. Upon entry you notice a large, long open main room with a few massage rooms branched off to the side. There was coffee and water and seating available, as well as a multitude of holistic health/mindfulness products; oils, sleep masks, soaps... amongst many other items. Check-out was simple after my session, and they do accept credit/debit cards, you may also add a tip on the charge if you had forgotten cash, which is helpful. Bonus that the restroom was nice and clean. I had no issues finding the Revive Massage & Meditation business itself, and parking was plentiful. I will definitely be back.

I made appointment and met Isabel, she told me she has 19 years experience and has many followers. I was excited to find someone to help me with my pain. She gave me a light moderate massage rather than deeper lIke a Therapeutic Massage Therapist does to get into sore spots. I told her when she found a spot I have trouble with and she moved away from it to another area and did not go back to that spot. She laid a hot washcloth on my face and said she was done and walked out. I had a check already made out including tip to give her. After the service I got I would not of gave any tip at all, you earn tips. I felt that it was a Total Waste of Time and Money Spent. She said she was at this location for 4 years but it looked lime it needs total upgrading and cleaning. She offered water as I was leaving, it was warm and in a paper cup. Placement of hot towels during the massage was something unique that I really liked. My last session was booked before my groupon expires, but she had to cancel due to a family emergency. I was already at the place waiting at a locked door when I received a text message of this after I got there. I tried to be sympathetic and understanding, even though I wasn't notified earlier before I drove all the way there, so I let this go. It took me numerous times to contact and rebook my appointment. I left messages only to have nothing returned. Seemed the only way to book my next (and last) appointment was through the online web site. I've set the appointment on the Saturday of labor day weekend, since I would like to end my busy week with a relaxing massage. I've got confirmation emails and texts of the appointment the day of. At this point, my groupon was expired since my last appointment was cancelled on me and couldn't get a hold of anybody during the elapsed time to reschedule my appointment, so I called several hours before my appointment to confirm if I can still use the groupon and to avoid any confusion when I arrive. Of course, nobody answered, just left a voice mail. 30 mins before my scheduled appointment, Ramell called me back about the groupon. She said it was expired and I could only use it as credit towards the massage. Even though I reminded her that she cancelled on me and I couldn't get any other appointments until now, it didn't change the fact that my groupon was expired and would only be used as $45 credit towards the $90 massage so I had to pay $45 extra for my last massage. I didn't want to argue about it so we I figured ok fine, I'll just pay for it since I needed the massage. So I agreed to pay the extra $45 and had the appointment confirmed. I arrived 10 mins before my scheduled appointment time, went for the door - locked. Knocked, no answer, there was nobody inside and no other cars were in the parking lot. I called back to see what's going on but no answer. I waited 15 mins after my appointment in front of the door thinking this could be another "family emergency," but still nothing, no notification or call. I called again, no answer. I was very upset and disappointment at this point and decided not to waste my time and just got out of there. I couldn't believe that after talking to her not even 30mins ago that she decided not to show up and just close. I'm astonished at how this place is still up and running when they don't take their customers seriously and just bail on people's scheduled appointments whenever they want. They couldn't even call back or leave a message saying they had to cancel my appointment. Very poor customer care and unprofessional. I had a good experience the first two times but this left a very bitter taste in my mouth since I got treated this way twice. It's a shame it turned out like this. I won't be coming here ever again.

I'll admit, Advanced Holistic Health doesn't look like much from outside, but the interior was very nice. Not pretentious or super-upscale. This is the every-person's massage place. There's even a vinyl record player in the waiting room to ensure a jazzy waiting experience. They have several dedicated massage rooms and a large yoga area as well. The massage room was a nice size, not claustrophobic like some salons tend to be. The room temperature was a little cooler than I'd like, but the massage bed did have a heating pad that helped, and of course I was covered most of the time. Ashley performed my massage. She did a great job and understood exactly what I wanted and focused on those areas the most. She was totally understanding when I said I wasn't a talker! I'm all about falling asleep on the table. A Swedish massage is lot of rubbing, versus deep-kneading, but it was really calming. She identified some problem areas in my shoulder and gave advice on how to avoid them in the future. They offer monthly subscriptions for only $39/month for a Swedish massage. I'm thinking about signing up! I enjoyed my massage and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
