First visit to Spa Renova. Enjoyed a thorough and professional massage. The facility is lovely, and the massage therapist was skilled. The negative: I was shocked that the massage therapist did not wear a mask, especially since I presented in a mask; you would think she might have asked my preference! Considering the fact that she was, in fact, right in my face providing a health service, and that they still are masked 100% at the local hospital, it was very disconcerting. What an incredible experience! The staff is so personable and welcoming! The second you walk through the door the atmosphere is calming. The decor is beautiful and the owner has such a hospitable demeanor and really helps you feel comfortable. I've had sever back pain for 7 year and the Swedish massage with Mario melted my pain away. I waited for my mom after and was offered an array of drinks! I also had a wonderful conversation with the staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'm so grateful I stumbled upon them on google because I will be returning! read more

I have had the deep tissue massage by Denise and LET-ME-TELL-YOU! She is amazing at what she does! When I say deep tissue, I mean I want my muscles thoroughly worked out. It sounds silly but I want it to hurt good! I have brought many people to their establishment when they used to be called Aqua Spa and will continue recommending them to everyone I know. I have had other therapists work on my significant other and I, and no one ever disappoints. I can't say the same about other massage places. Terry is wonderful and very knowledgable. The only reason why I'm giving it a 3 is because my husband said his message was AMAZING. Mine on the other hand by SUSAN was not good, at all. She didn't work on my back at all which I told her was my area of focus. When she would start the whole table shook so it wasn't very relaxing. On the other hand when I looked over my husband was passed out and said his was amazing. I wish I enjoyed mine more than I did but I am glad that my husband enjoyed his. read more

I had severe shoulder pain for over three months. Had all the symptoms of rotator cuff. On my first massage session I was advised that I had muscle knot sticking on my bicep pulling and causing the pain to my shoulder and neck. After a few more sessions I'm pain free. Love the TLC and love not having the immense pain every time I use the arm. Recommend Aqua Spa 100 times over. read more

I want to share that I am so LOVING Aqua Spa and the Ultrasonic Facials I have been getting by sweet, knowledgeable and talented Ravyn are so making my skin look better and better. After the 1st one I saw results and now I have booked a series! (PS they are even on a Summer Special right now but totally worth it special price or not!) My first and last experience at this location. Unfortunately, whoever runs this place is absolutely clueless about customer care and management. It is an unfortunate thing that beauty salons charge top dollar for services that do not even meet basic sanitary regulations. To start with linens: they were greasy and smelled as musty oil. It was such a turn off to lay on them and to inhale unpleasant scent during my massage session. Massage itself was a mere joke - a somnambulistic masseur was barely rubbing my skin. To be precise: she was stroking my skin up and down and in circular motions. When I was ready to leave the premises, the masseur was waiting for me in the lobby to get the tips. I've been to upscale and downscale places, from New York to Florida, but this Spa is nothing but a charade. The only nice thing about them is interior design. It's not customary for me to leave a bad review, but this time I couldn't let it go. Don't waste your money if you expect quality, find another alternative. It's plentiful out there! read more
