The suite looked and felt like a spa, the therapists were amazing and the experience was an par! I will say that if you say "firm touch" be expecting just that! As they waited, there was a few ladies standing at the front desk, talking in Spanish and at some point, they got a little heated. I don't understand, but I could tell that there was some conflict. Within a few minutes, everybody parted ways, and this Sweet gal who was running the front desk came to me to explain that a client had gone to the wrong room and she refused to move. She repeated more than once as she truly apologize but this client was just not willing to budge.
