This place is TERRIBLE!!! Nurses take FOREVER to respond...food sucks!!!! I don't recommend!!! Very short staffed.. and the staff that was working were unattentive and didn't seem to care...had to constantly ask for my meds!!medical!!! You've been warned!!! read more

wish I could give this disaster zero stars. I brought my Dad here after a stay in the hospital for some rehab on his knee. When we arrived the woman at the desk said she'd alert her supervisor and someone would be out to meet us. An orderly arrived with a wheelchair and escorted us to a room. As we walked down the hall we noticed a strong odor. The entire place looked run-down and in need of repair and upgrades. The orderly left us in the room and said someone would be down in a while. After roughly 20 minutes my sister walked down to the nurses station and asked when someone would come down and speak with us. A very nice nurse showed up a few minutes later to explain that it was her first day and she would be leaving soon. She said someone would be down later to check us in. She said it was shift change so everyone was leaving. While we continued to wait for someone to speak with us I spotted a huge cockroach on the bathroom floor. My sister went back to the desk and no one was there. She found the new nurse and told her. She apologized, came down, caught the roach and flushed it down the toilet that my Dad was supposed to use. At this point we had been sitting in the room for close to an hour, no one of any importance had come to see us, and if there's one roach, there's 1,000. I walked down to the desk, where I found four employees standing around talking. I walked behind the desk to retrieve a wheelchair. No one said a word to me as I did this. I brought the chair down to my Dad, helped him into the wheelchair and wheeled him down the hall, through the lobby and to my car. Not one person asked me what I was doing, offered assistance, or tried to stop me. I could have been anyone removing a patient and they didn't say a word! Needless to say, I would never recommend this place and I can't believe they haven't been investigated. read more

Beautiful facility with very caring staff! I would recommend The Reservoir for anyone looking for short term rehab or long term care!

New management staff is working harder than ever to satisfy our residents needs, love working here and love the team we have became.

My dad also was there for rehab. Many caring people, but I suspect they're understaffed. He felt the aides and therapists were good, but the organizational aspects were not. The staff failed to alert him about two doctors' appointments while he was there -- and they had scheduled the appointments themselves! My dad lost 10 pounds during the month. He said the food was very institutional -- okay but not appealing, which you'd think would be important when being served to folks trying to recover from serious illnesses. read more

If you care about your loved ones do not entrust this facility with their well being and swift recovery! Our personal experience was terrible. The Physical therapist insisted on treating for the wrong injury because he never read the chart. I had to call and have them straighten it out. PT got it confused with another patient. Seriously? YES, seriously! The food was always cold and terrible. They never got the diet right either. I started bringing in food instead. Staff moves in slow motion and they don't really care about patients. They left our loved one in the bathroom for 45 minutes while he was yelling for help to get to his bed. ***there is a good reason why this facility is rated so low*** Reviews are a good way to select the best you can for yourself or a loved one. My dad came in here for rehab. First, the chef quit and the food is cold and lousy. One social worker for two floors. No one answers the bell. No one at the desk. Stay away. It used to be great, but a new company is running it -- Genesis or something. read more

I had transferred from another rehab facility to Genesis Reservoir. Thank goodness, I did. The staff is exemplary from the Director of Admissions to the janitorial staff. I would highly recommend Genesis Reservoir to anyone seeking rehabilitation services. read more
