I also think the price was quite high too. Not good service at all. They won't even answer their phone. I called them and got a voicemail so I left them a message and no one's called me back. Left me, my daughter and our luggage stranded on the curb at LAX when the driver failed to show up. I texted the driver texted back he or she waited for an hour and left. My international flight was on time, and it took 90 minutes to get through customs and passport control. The usual amount of time. He texted back it wasn't worth his gas and time to come back and pick us up. I will never use the service again. read more

Unprofessional service. She was supposed to arrive at 2:30 pm to pick me up at LAX but instead arrived st 5:30 pm. Car was dirty and reeked of cigarettes and cheap air freshner. We get pulled over for unsafe lane change into carpool lane. The female driver didnt even have proper license or insurance. If you are driving people for a business, invest in Bluetooth hands free calling or navigator system or even just a phone holder so you dont have to look down at phone while driving. read more

I have used shuttle service from the high desert for a couple of years. Always happy with the service. Then one day the service I used did not return call. I googled airport shuttles and then THE RIDE DUDE showed up. I called him and was very glad I did. His prices were way cheaper and just as good. Actually better than the others. I travel a lot and will be using him in the future. If you hire him you will not be disappointed. Great service and great guy. read more

I hired the Ride Dude service to pick up my daughter from LAX and Lance did not come, but send a female driver. The car was dirty and smokey. She was not able to keep the car in her lane driving erratically other cars hooking at her. My daughter decided it was very unsafe to continue driving with her and stopped to hire a Lyft driver for the remainder of the drive home. Very unhappy about the service. Can not recommend such unsafe driver. read more

Zero Stars. If I could go lower, I would. The only reason I gave 1 star is because this sight wouldn't post it without at least one star. Totally incompetent and completely irresponsible. I called Ride Dude during the day to make arrangements to pick up my Friend who was coming into town by bus that night. He quoted me a price and made a commitment to pick her up. When her bus arrived Ride Dude was nowhere to be found. I left several messages with Ride Dude as my Friend neared the depot; but Ride Dude didn't have the courtesy to return my calls. Instead he left my Friend stranded. Not only would I not recommend Ride Dude to anyone, if I Knew someone who was considering using his service. I would relate this story to them to convince them to use another service. Again in my experience with Ride Dude, he was totally incompetent and unreliable.
