John then went out of his way and drove to my house to personally deliver it to me fully intact. I was amazed and extremely grateful. I commend both of them for their honesty, time, and effort. I had accepted the loss of the money, but i was dreading the prospect of replacing my license, passport card, and all the other cards. Again, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to these two outstanding citizens. These turned on otherwise horrible into one which worked out just perfectly. Thanks Again!

My luggage was missing when I got off the bus, I was told to call customer service and when I did, I was told that the lost and found department did not take calls and to fill out a form. Well, I filled out a total of four forms and no one has responded to me. Mind you, my luggage was lost on 12/28/25. I was so upset with customer service who needs training big time that I emailed the CEO and to date I haven't heard from him or anyone from his team. Of course they don't want to be accountable for missing or stolen luggage because if they did, they would be bankrupt!!!!!! Jenna was sweet when we talked to her and we settled on getting a smaller limo for the adjusted price and an earlier start time and later end time (due to having to make more trips). We were also told the limo would be decorated in our wedding colors (free of charge) due to not getting the limo we originally booked. The day of the wedding the driver showed up 45 minutes after the earlier start time and still needing to make 2 trips. This caused the wedding to start late and us to lose out on the $900 we paid for an extra hour that we weren't able to use since I (the bride) was an hour late. While in the limo (which were jammed packed due to showing up late) the AC didn't work properly. When family members asked the driver about the AC he was rude to them. Since he was running late the driver was not driving in a safe enjoyable manner. He was speeding he entire way, stopping short and flying over bumps. The limo was dusty inside and not decorated at all. It looked like it had been pulled out of storage. We have tried for 2 months to try to work with the company to receive a refund of some sort for not receiving the service we were supposed to. We always get the "we'll call you back" and then hear nothing.

Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. He has a microphone in it if you want to give a real tour and communicate. Also, he will let you link your music so you can bump whatever you like. We were unable to book him for another time but were so glad that we were finally able to. Thank you for your service. And I'll be referring more clients!

There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip. I reserved a Hummer Limo for a Quinceañera for the quinceañera with her damas and chambelanes. On…read morethe day of reservation it was 100 °F and the vehicle was incredibly hot inside so we asked to turn on the A/C yet it only blew out warm air. The driver told us that the A/C was on the coldest settings yet all the damas and chambelanes in their dresses and suits were sweating and uncomfortable and the quinceañera felt it worse as her dress was incredibly large and stuffy.
