They refused to give me any documentation of my tow, or why it happened. After much arguing I was showed an image of my tire touching the grass. Inwas charged a gated community fee when I was in a non gated community. Iinformed them that they had violated multiple rights and they said "there is not **** you can do about it." I was told I had no right to any form of documentation or paperwork. They told me they only accepted cash so I had no choice than to pay cash. I inspected my vehicle, found significant damage to the rear of my truck, which they took no responsibility for. I have images approx one week prior to the incodent showing no damage. Horribly unprofessional and predatory company. Icing on the cake, they are the security and towing for their contracted areas. They are judge, jury, and executioner. I've contacted 2 layers and received great feedback. Know your rights and don't let these people abuse you.

An amazing young man called us right back and figured out our situation. He came as quickly as he could which was not easy as there are very few turn arounds on AA. With the help of the Road Ranger ( who was also incredibly helpful), he took the tire off, switched tires for us to safety drive to the tire shop where he finished the job. I can't say enough about Charles, his expertise, friendly and helpful attitude, he turned a bad day into a palpable one. Thank you Charles for everything!!
