The AC was working well enough for her to survive for a while. , They said the owner would call me. But no call! I told a lady who was sitting in the service area and she told me why I didnt drive itnin the service station. I told her it has a flat and on a Tow Truck. She then says ok you cant drive it so we can see it? Without letting answer she turned around and asked someone else to help and she had to go pee. I stood there for 2 minutes with noone helping me just staring at me. I asked an asian guy for assistance and he told me he's bust. Same thing with the next agent told me he has 2 things he was doing. He failed to direct me to anyone else. Finally I was helped but when I told I was not from ft myers he made a noise like he was annoyed. He gave me a quote for the tire and said he would check the sensor. Almost 3 hrs later I get the car back. The sensor is still on. I asked if they checked the senser and he said Oh I didn't ask! Really???? In frustration I drive off to find out they didnt even put the proper pressure in the tire. It was a 26. So I filled the tire to the proper psi and the sensor went off. This should have been checked before I was given my car. I will be driving to Naples for my service. PS. While I was in the waiting area only one associate greeted me.

(Delicious and Fathoms is amazing, this is not a strike against them!) It was extremely windy and my purse and all its contents blew out across the sidewalk while I was returning to my car in the parking garage. My mask blew off my face. I tried to gather all my stuff but apparently my ticket got lost. So in order to get my car out, I was charged $250. $250! What kind of place charges that much for a lost ticket? They don't even charge that much in LA. I spent over $150 supporting a fantastic business in the marina, and as a thanks I got charged $250 in order to leave the parking garage? I don't live in the marina. I'm not rich. I was trying to have a nice holiday dinner in spite of all that is happening this year, and that ruined my month, financially. That is the most ridiculous fee I have seen *anywhere* and it has been impossible to get in touch with anyone to discuss it.
