However, the way we were treated after bringing it to the owner's attention was way worse. He would not respond to me, only my husband. He would not even respond to a group text with me in it. Upon meeting with the manufacturer rep about the installation we learned that he and the rep had been friends and worked together for the last 30 years. Not surprisingly, the manufacturer said it was a good install. I assure you, the install is horrible. If ever we need flooring or stone again we will stay far away from J&J.
