    These guys are great they are reasonable and reliable. I will definitely use agin. They had my oven up and running with little trouble

    Do not call Casey Crews with EPiC Appliance Repair. He does…read morenot know what he is doing! The most unprofessional repair person we have ever dealt with. We paid him over $650 and our oven still did not work properly and only stayed on an internal temperature of 450 degrees. When we called him to tell him it was still not working properly he wanted to charge us to see what the problem was.My husband suspected it was the sensor that he was supposed to replace. After many ridiculous text messages back and forth we decided to call someone who knew what they were doing. Sure enough it was the sensor. We also found out we were significantly over charged by Casey Crews/EPIC Appliance. Casey Crews charged us $350-400 in labor. The control board he replaced only cost $250-$300. Lesson learned, if you only see one vague review don't call that person!

Casey Crews wanted half down which I found strange, since the parts were delivered to my house and wanted to pay him after the job was done when he completed the job. He was not going to come do the repair if I didn't give him the deposit. I was already out of a fridge for over a week and needed the job to be done. Well the repair work is not done and deposit given not returned. Had to give my address to the LG people because he did not want to give his address. I feel like he has something to hide. He is very unprofessional. I agree with the review from Susan M. He does not know what he is doing. Wanted to put off the repair another day after the agreed upon day he said he would come out. And when I told him that is not what we agreed on and he said he would come out but then things went south and he texted later that night and said he wanted a credit card info for him to do the work and that it will cost me $250 more for him to come out now. I was not about to give him my credit card info, since I had a feeling he was going to flake out on me. Glad I am only out $200 instead of the amount Susan M was ripped off. He has wrong address on his website, told me that is not his address. What else is he hiding. Save your money and time! Find someone else!!!

    Zero-worthy. This company was referred by AHS, and the negative reviews are accurate. They do not…read moreanswer phone calls and communicate only by email or text, inconsistently and at their convenience. They lacked transparency and provided information that was later proven false by AHS. They were hired to repair four appliances: microwave, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. After almost a month, they only repaired the microwave (a door replacement I could have done myself). They misdiagnosed the dryer, replacing a heating element instead of addressing the torn seal and lint filter that were the reason for the service request. Those parts were never ordered. The replacement heating element failed after one day, and my dryer--previously working and heating--was left nonfunctional for weeks. Repeated requests for updates and parts tracking were met with vague responses stating I would be updated "when they had an update." According to AHS, they failed to properly submit the parts request for approval and did not respond with required diagnostic details. No dryer parts ever appeared as ordered in my AHS account. If they had been transparent and communicated, this could have been resolved much sooner. They ordered parts for the washer and dishwasher, shipped them directly to my home, and never returned to install them. The same technician was sent out three times and showed a lack of understanding of the appliances, spending much of the visit on the phone with management and expressing confusion over factory wiring in an untouched Samsung washer. When I requested a call from the owner or management, I was told AHS would contact me. That did not happen. After I called AHS, they confirmed this company had not fulfilled its service obligations, and I was reassigned to a different provider. Avoid this company. If assigned through AHS, request a different provider immediately. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and substandard service.

They sent a second technician to fix a repair they made 10 days before that resulted in the dryer breaking again. Their second technician got upset with my wife while there and stormed out of the house saying to her, I'm just gonna walk out if you're gonna get upset. He said this with my 17-year-old daughter present who witnessed it and corroborated everything he said to my wife. He later says that he was going to tell Homeshield that it was unrepairable and hopefully the warranty company will give us a new dryer. This dryer deal was already a nightmare with the parts getting mailed to the wrong address by your company and then with the repair only lasting less than 10 days before breaking again. Now after this, it's a nightmare and a fifth repairman is being dispatched to try and fix my dryer again. More than two months has passed now trying to repair this and 4 repairmen to date have attempted repairs. I don't understand why this technician would lie to us and/or Homeshield. Now we are still in limbo waiting again to get this dryer fixed. Take my advice and never use this company. This company has no rating with the BBB because all they numerous 1 star ratings with the BBB.

Their estimate was below other businesses in the area and I felt that they, being a family owned business, were more invested in providing exemplary service. Which proved correct. They supplied some extras and explained operation and maintenance as well as the warranty. I highly recommend this business for anyone seeking trustworthy, reasonable, and professional service.

Truthfully, I feel taken advantage of by that company, like they just wanted to make a sale, neglecting to properly inspect and diagnose my prior unit. The issues I was having previously have returned. I'm very frustrated and don't want to deal with them again. I should have known better when the responding tech took less than 5 minutes to mutter, "This heater is bad. This is not a good brand," despite my previous heater being only 4 years old. I contacted Coleman's A/C Heating & Appliance Repair seeking a professional who would listen carefully to the issues I'm describing and offer sound advice/solutions on how to proceed. I expected to hear back from Coleman's within a day or two. But my inquiry was responded to quickly. The technician was friendly, listened, and we discussed what could be done to get my hot water going again. It was suggested I contact the company that performed the install since I'm still under warranty. But it was such a negative experience with an inattentive, apathetic tech that I'd rather cut my losses and allow Coleman's to care for my unit. I will follow Coleman's advice. But at the first sign of indifference or rudeness by that other company, I'll call Coleman's out to fix my heater.
