Ralph was able to convince the Sellers to drop the price such that I actually received a $1,500 credit during closing. Imagine that! Edie is an exceptional talent when it comes to communication skills. She knows when to text, email or have a phone conversation. A critical skillset that few possess in my opinion. The morning of closing Edie was already picking up Starbucks for the whole family saving us valuable time getting the girls ready. I am veteran first time home buyer and the whole process at the time was confusing. My wife and I had been teamed up with a few other agents that seemed to care more about selling and did not explain well what we are getting ourselves into.
