Upon arriving, part of what I liked was that the theatre definitely gave off Arizona vibes with its Native American architecture. We sat at the upper level. Another thing I like is that it's an intimate theater. This means you'll have a good view pretty much from anywhere you sit, including in the back which is where we were. The seats are reasonably comfortable and we enjoyed the performance. During the intermission, I got a local beer which was reasonably priced for an event venue. All-in-all, a great experience. Support the arts! I joined their email list to keep up with the performances they hold throughout the year.

I asked about a refund, and the on-site manager--who appeared very young and inexperienced--told me he'd have to "check with higher-ups." There was no attempt to resolve the situation or offer any real help. Just dismissive and unprofessional. Sure, I could have taken my purse back to my car, but it was parked over a mile away. That's not a reasonable solution once you're already at the venue and in line. Policies like this need to be clearly communicated in advance. Leaving people stranded at the door is unacceptable. Overall, a frustrating and poorly managed experience.

Everything is thoughtfully put together to pull you into the production. I just visited the last production of Dov and Ali, a beautiful story of people from different backgrounds, faiths, and ages who are struggling with reality and their true self. There are only 4 actors in this play, so each one really has to carry a strong presence, and they did. By the end, there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Really beautifully done. Their next performance is Taming of The Shrew (an adaptation) which I can't wait to see.

The lines for VIP were not organized, and not let in at the time advised to arrive which is frustrating when standing outside in August. What would be worse after being let in for your VIP Meet and Greet? Being taken back outside to wait again... I don't book VIP to have to stand outside multiple times before the show. Even once let inside again, they continued to make us stand in different areas. Culminating to the downstairs where you barely had a foot on each side of you as we waited for the clear for the doors to open. Once the show started, the sound was pretty good with a decent stage set up. Though the chaos leading up to it makes me think twice before booking another show here. Likely better for conventions or other activities.

The refreshments are mediocre (my popcorn was almost room-temperature) and I was waiting in line for 15 minutes despite arriving well after the game started. Even just getting here feels like a hassle. I took a Lyft, and the drop-off was far away from the entrance, with minimal signage directing you toward where you're supposed to go. It's somewhat intuitive, but for a venue of this size you shouldn't have to wander around until you stumble upon the correct gate. I really don't want to sound like a snob, but it kinda feels like whoever owns this place has put the bare minimum of effort into the comfort and design of the entire space. It's got the soul of a dead mall that saw its heyday in the 90s. Nobody actually WANTS to come here, they're just sort of held hostage by it being one of the only places capable of hosting certain events in a midsize city.

Parking and walking was easy. We bypassed the crowd by arriving about 10 minutes before the start of the show, so both the line to check-in and the bar were short. As others have mentioned, there is a metal detector at check-in and there is a size limit on bag size. The ushers were super helpful and I was surprised to see they had booster seats, which I hadn't considered brining. I am glad they offer them, it came in handy. The show itself was fantastic. The costumes were lovely, the screenplay was humorous, and the performances were all solid. We're not season ticket holders but are considering it for the future. Our daughter loved the show.

There is also a nearby theater and when both are in production, parking could be competitive. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here.
