From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. My sales rep was late to the estimate appointment with the schedule that kept getting pushed back. While he did offer a discount for the inconvenience, the pricing was still higher than other quotes I received, but I chose this company because I trusted the professionalism and quality they advertised. The finished product had several details that felt rushed or poorly thought out. Some downspouts looked awkward and out of place, extending over sidewalks or into flower beds in ways that didn't seem properly planned. To the crew's credit, when I pointed issues out they did make adjustments, but I felt like I had to constantly micromanage the project to get things corrected instead of things being done right the first time. One of my biggest frustrations was the lack of communication during the install. Decisions were made on parts of the project that were never discussed with me beforehand. I did speak with the sales rep afterward about my concerns, but getting clear answers and resolutions felt like pulling teeth. There also was never any final walkthrough after completion. I found metal scraps and debris throughout my driveway and yard afterward, which was disappointing and could have caused damage or injury if I hadn't cleaned it up myself with a magnet. I recently hired All Gutter Systems in Grandville, Michigan, to repair a small section of gutter…read moreand downspout on the front of my home near the garage. The repair itself was simple--requiring roughly 10-14 feet of material, a few screws, and basic hardware. The work appeared satisfactory at first, and I paid the invoice in full the same day. Unfortunately, the experience that followed has been extremely disappointing. The day after the repair, my son parked in the driveway and discovered a handful of screws--about a dozen--scattered directly where the repair vehicle had been parked. He collected them and brought them to me, and I immediately warned my family to check their tires for any potential damage. Shortly after, my son's girlfriend found a screw in her left rear tire. The screw was located in the sidewall, making the tire unrepairable and forcing her to buy a new one. A day later, I personally found another dozen screws scattered near the end of the driveway and along the edge of the road, confirming that they had been dropped by the repair technician from All Gutter Systems. I contacted the company to report the incident, and to their credit, they initially reimbursed us for the cost of the one damaged tire. However, the issue did not end there. A few days later, I found yet another screw lodged in the sidewall of the rear tire on my own vehicle. Because my car is all-wheel drive, I was advised that all four tires should be replaced to prevent drivetrain issues--costing me nearly $400. I immediately contacted the company again, explained what had happened, and spoke with the salesperson who told me he would relay the situation to the owner. I was later informed that the owner was unavailable due to a family wedding but would respond soon. It has now been several days, and despite multiple follow-up calls, I have received no response and no resolution. While accidents can happen, the real test of a company's integrity is how they handle them. In this case, All Gutter Systems started out well by acknowledging the first problem, but completely failed to follow through once it became clear that there was additional damage. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and disappointing. Until they take responsibility and provide fair compensation for the damage caused by their technician's negligence, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
