I had the opportunity to watch Roof Medics replace an entire roof on a neighboring house and saw how that crew of several individuals was there every day at 7am even on Saturday, appearing to finish up the entire job that same week. Each day I could see there was no mess left around. At the end, they had placed some of their service cards on neighboring front doors and I walked over to speak with two individuals who were standing out front. They turned out to be Daryl, the owner, and Mark one of the technicians. I explained I was in need of some roof work and asked if they could come look at the problem which was starting to show up with some rotting wood. They quickly identified and showed me the issue was related to improper installation of some metal portion of the original roof and offered a very reasonable estimate to correct it and replace the wood. I accepted. The job was scheduled sooner than I had anticipated in a week and also completed by Mark (over two hot days) who had helped assess the problem initially, so was familiar with what needed to be done. A follow up question I had afterward was also promptly addressed. My roof has an older style tile no longer available and he was able to reuse several rows of the tiles that needed to be removed to do the metal and wood repair work along with a couple of tiles I happened to have had left over from the original installation. There was no mess left lying around. The roof tile is completely back to its original appearance and the new wood trim looks nice. A pretty amazing experience! Roof Medics owner Daryl gave me their quote and impressed me with his knowledge and experience besides his straight forward answers to my questions. The work included replacing large sections of underlayment and battens on our tile roof and also replacing some dry rotted fascia boards. Jared came to my house in Fountain Hills and inspected my roof. He spent time with me answering all of my questions and provided advice from decades of roofing experience. My entire roof was redone, flat foam and tile with two layers of the best paper. Trim where required was replaced to a much higher quality standard than the original build. They went the extra miles and color matched and painted new trim, reinstalled cameras and installed bird block. All of this for 5k less than competition! They responded immediately via email and were timely to get the repair done before more rain storms came rolling in. I requested that we be compensated for the water damage on our freshly painted ceiling since the roof was under warranty- and awkward ask from a desperately poor & new homeowner-and they were kind enough to send me $100 Home Depot gift card.
