I had the opportunity to watch Roof Medics replace an entire roof on a neighboring house and saw how that crew of several individuals was there every day at 7am even on Saturday, appearing to finish up the entire job that same week. Each day I could see there was no mess left around. At the end, they had placed some of their service cards on neighboring front doors and I walked over to speak with two individuals who were standing out front. They turned out to be Daryl, the owner, and Mark one of the technicians. I explained I was in need of some roof work and asked if they could come look at the problem which was starting to show up with some rotting wood. They quickly identified and showed me the issue was related to improper installation of some metal portion of the original roof and offered a very reasonable estimate to correct it and replace the wood. I accepted. The job was scheduled sooner than I had anticipated in a week and also completed by Mark (over two hot days) who had helped assess the problem initially, so was familiar with what needed to be done. A follow up question I had afterward was also promptly addressed. My roof has an older style tile no longer available and he was able to reuse several rows of the tiles that needed to be removed to do the metal and wood repair work along with a couple of tiles I happened to have had left over from the original installation. There was no mess left lying around. The roof tile is completely back to its original appearance and the new wood trim looks nice. A pretty amazing experience! We had an underlayment replacement and upon completion we noticed the new metal used really contrasted with our paint making it look weird and that we'd like the water runoff to angle further away from the porch. The very next day a crew was out with color matched paint and they did exactly what we wanted even though, at least for the paint, it was something they totally didn't have to do, they're roofing folks right? Roofing is exactly what they did, a thorough and high quality roofing job with a follow up on customer concerns. Jared came to my house in Fountain Hills and inspected my roof. He spent time with me answering all of my questions and provided advice from decades of roofing experience.
