While it's still upsetting that I had to go through all that, I was happy that the experience I had was being taken seriously and handled professionally. Original: I hired this company based on reviews and I am very disappointed that I did. I have had nothing but problems with them. No communication, weeks on end of getting the work done, told they would contact me but then just showed up finally to do it without any notice that they would be on my property. I had to use my video surveillance to see what day they showed up. Now they have double charged me for the work. I would not recommend them.

Easy, fast (and humorous) communication and he knows what he's doing having worked for insurance carriers handling claims for years. We were very concerned about having to pay for the roof, but he knew it was a claim that should be and as far as he was concerned, WOULD BE, paid by our homeowner's insurance carrier. It was, it is and we are breathing a sigh of relief. The roof and new gutters were quickly torn off and installed in 2 days and look magnificent. Nathan met the adjuster while I was out of town, managed all the work to replace the roof and siding/paint, then went far beyond the call of duty to match custom Victorian trim that had to be cut by hand. His insights into the extent of damage was 100% accurate when the claim came through and the construction crew's restoration work extremely diligent (with remarkable attention to detail on a Victorian house). I also never got an updated quote despite my repeated requests. Their initial quote was amongst the least expensive but I was requesting more work be added and they never responded!
