I asked for one thing to be done, they promised and promised and promised they'd do it the way I asked and then lo and behold the day they did the job they did not do it they way we agreed upon! Not only that but they have sent their men to talk over and intimidate my mother who is dying of cancer in the hopes they'd get her to sign off on everything. I've spokwn with several of them myself and the customer service is deplorable; the only one with any sense is the woman answering the phone. They refuse to fix their shoddy job and still want me to pay for a service they performed poorly and completely opposite of what I asked! As a property manager I am shocked and appalled at the bad business conducted here. A WORD OF WARNING: FIND SOMEONE ELSE, ANYONE ELSE. All you'll find here are liars and thieves. Especially EJ, their top salesperson (achieved thru lying no doubt) and Jason, the owner who can only sustain business through theft apparently.

Technically it was after the warranty ran out, but he didn't even hesitate to stand behind his work and do the right thing. Easy, fast (and humorous) communication and he knows what he's doing having worked for insurance carriers handling claims for years. We were very concerned about having to pay for the roof, but he knew it was a claim that should be and as far as he was concerned, WOULD BE, paid by our homeowner's insurance carrier.
