The colors and the furniture were clean, neat and opened up the room. We started out in a private room where we could hook up our computer to a tv screen and had a huge white board we could draw on. The kitchen had coffee, tea, fruit water, coke and snakes for us to partake in to keep our brains working. I enjoyed the service of the staff who accommodated my team as we moved throughout the day. I've had a lot of fun trying out businesses like Coucou Bakehouse, Blacklist Bagel, Thistle Baking Co, and Slutty Buns. The hours are usually posted by the business hosting the pop up so be sure to check online before trying to go over. The space itself is very small with just a handful of tables and seating. Some of the popups like Coucou can see waits up to an hour ahead of the scheduled open time. I definitely recommend stopping by and trying out a new business.

Definitely worth checking them out as well as the other pop ups at chef shack!

I think the unit does the job, but there's nothing particularly special about it. Pretty standard for apartment units in my opinion. Showers r small. I do not think it is worth the price especially in a recession. Yes, you do get some nice benefits living here, such as free movies. But you cannot share your vouchers with friends. If you have a unit with a balcony, that can be nice. But, make sure it's facing towards the piazza. I know that Studio Park is building a luxury tower, but until then, there is no gym available on site. The management company they have running Studio Park Lofts is less than helpful. Leasing agents are only nice before you sign the lease. Once you sign the lease they are not helpful, they are rude, and they are horrible to work with. I get it. Their lives might be busy, however, you think they would be at least polite to their residents if there is an issue within the unit. I've talked to other residents. And they have had similarly horrible experiences working with them. Maintenance is also slow to respond. Finally parking is a separate fee, which I think they could have done a better job working with ELLIS parking or the city of Grand Rapids parking. Overall, I really like the location. Who wouldn't? However, the apartment itself isn't anything special, and the horrible leasing agents make my rating of this complex low. But, if you just barely interact with the leasing agents and pray you have no maintenance issues then living here can be enjoyable.

Honestly, it's probably not too far from market, but I feel like I'm burning my money for this place, and it is not worth it. I don't exactly feel "safe" here, especially at night. Often get people doing burnouts in the parking lots. I've heard of multiple instances of car theft, and with no security cameras anywhere outside of the office, what do you expect? Management is not your friend. They were unwilling to re-finish my bath tub even though it was clearly flaking (I sent multiple pictures) and frankly should have been done before I moved in. One time I missed my rent payment by a day (auto-payment expired) and their immediate response was to threaten me with a court date. The gym is tiny, and you can tell the equipment was acquired secondhand at the cheapest price they could find. Finally, and possibly worst of all, they don't keep the hot tub open all year round :(
