Three of us shared a room, but it was really a suite. One king sized bed in a separate room with a…read moreprivate bath and jacuzzi. Another living room with a pull-out couch and a separate bathroom with a washing machine. Each room had a balcony overlooking a spectacular view of the Aegean Sea!
It was very comfortable in all ways. We were only there one day so we did not take advantage of the various activities that were included, but the food was good.
Service was a bit off, except for Gimez, who could not have been more accommodating. The rest of the staff seemed confused by many of our questions. They were nice, but seemed like they were all new to working in hotels. For instance, our luggage was taken from us when we arrived, but it wasn't brought to our room until we went looking for it. Also, while check in was at 3 p.m., and we got there at 2, they made us wait until almost 3:30 before we could get into our room.
At the end of the day, Gimez did save us. I left my iPad behind, and when I called, she was able to find it and get it to friends of ours who had not checked out yet. Thank you for this. She is a pro. They just need to bring the rest of the staff up to her standards.
