We saw the latest Indiana Jones movie the other day at The Roxy. Great place to see the action movie - great sound and screen. What a beautiful theater! The owner has kept it as original as possible and has done a great job. The only item to mention if you're a first time visitor and get there after the show has started is that there are ramps up to the sides and a small rise going to the row of seats. Watch your step and proceed slowly. I wish we lived here cuz I'd see every movie here. They have great ice cream and popcorn too! read more

Awesome theater, just get there earlier then later. When I went, (2 weeks after the movie came out) I sat on the side seats due to coming late. They only show one movie a day, except for weekends! Get there early to get some really good seats! I did walk by this place around 3 pm and saw popcorn in the window. So Id like to think they cleaned it out before selling it or that some" drunk" kids made it that day. (If you catch my drift) read more

Everyone was very friendly, the theater was clean and the facilities where well maintained. The reason I am posting this is the above and beyond customer service I got. When I purchased my tickets online I did not notice that I selected the wrong day (oh no). The ticket checker and manager quickly figured out a way to get us into the movie without missing anything (and not having to purchase new tickets). I really appreciated them helping minimize the embarrassment. Great theater!! We will be back!!

My kids had an absolutely fabulous time here climbing in and out of the huge trains cars and Engine (both inside and outside weather depending) and exploring all aspects of train life. They had a dining cart and living quarters open to walk through and get an idea of how things were run and just how small it was! There's a section aimed at younger kids with a train table and dress up play that also was a winner for our family. At only a couple dollars, the admission price is amongst the lowest of any museum I've ever been to in Canada. Just an FYI - There are no elevators here and stairs required to access different areas like the model trains. We will definitely be back!
