What a wonderful family experience! Get there early on weekends to avoid the line. Always a double feature. The concession is full of low prices including a refillable large popcorn and drink for $10.00 and are these bags ever large. Definitely a fun evening for the family! read more

Checked this place out for the first time last Saturday. What an awesome drive in! I love how they give it an old fashioned feel and also huge plus that you're allowed to bring your pets. The food/drinks at concession are VERY reasonably priced and even though we arrived 20 minutes before the movie and got a spot a little off to the side - we could still see the screen totally fine. If you want to get a spot more in the middle you'll probably have to arrive an hour early. They recommend to come 2 hours early on their website. If you're going to sit outside of your car or with the windows down or trunk open, bring bug spray. I saw someone bring an old recliner in the back of their truck and sat in it during the movie haha awesome idea. Will definitely be back! read more

One of the last drive-in theatres anywhere. This is a newer business (maybe 10 years old.) The concession has the cheapest concession prices you'll find anywhere! This will be a real treat for all the families out there just driving thru to get to some other 'Big City' in the Okanagan. Stop in nearby Enderby. Hang out in their tiny downtown- hit a bookstore or coffee place or restaurant. Wait 'til dusk. Head South out of town on Highway 97 then watch some movies with your family the Old Fashioned way- in your car!! read more

My boyfriend and I decided to come here one night in the summer to catch a double feature with another couple. What a cute little place! I guess I sway more towards this particular drive-in because it really has the small-town feel to it since it's smack dab in the small town of Enderby. We were driving in from West Kelowna, so a bit of a drive to get to, but still had a really enjoyable time here. There is a concession stand available and bathrooms on site, but we had brought our own snacks and drinks to the drive-in. We did use the bathrooms on location and found no lines during intermissions and the facilities very clean. I would recommend visitors to the Starlight Drive-In to come early so you can get a spot upfront and centre screen. The only thing that bothered me that night during the summer were the bugs in the air, so we basically sat in the truck with the windows up to avoid being eaten alive. Other couples/families, sat in chairs infront of their vehicles wrapped up in hoodies or blankets. Remember to bring your own snacks, bug spray, blankets and chairs (if you want to sit outside). Definitely a place to visit again! read more

I had the BEST time at the WORST movie (the Expendables 2) and still grin when I think about it. So that makes this place an easy five stars. A real-deal old school drive in, this place definitely shows its age, but in a charming way. The lineups for the bathrooms can be a bit long, but they've brought in a portable outhouse on the west side of the building. Sat on an old couch in the back of a pickup truck and loved every minute. I imagine this could get a bit buggy in the summer, but labor day weekend it was great. Prices in the concession were reasonable and while they can't serve you a cold beer...there's nothing stopping you from bringing a cooler (except the law I guess). I've been going here for a long time. I would go during the summer with my mom or dad and my younger brother. Great place for memories, need I say more? The concession was delicious (the fries are to die for.) Bathroom lines are extremely long while the break is going on, I suggest going during a movie. Wear pants, long sleeves and a jacket, lots and lots of mosquitos around! Yikes. I love looking up at the starry sky and listening to music on the way home thinking about how fun of a night I had. The Starlight Drive in is a wonderful, family friendly, fun place to be. I highly suggest coming to see a movie or two. read more

Overall I had a wonderful experience at the Starlight Drive In. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. The costume that the person working the ticket both was wearing was very fun. It felt very safe as they have done a wonderful job adjusting to the social distancing measures. If you wanna deal with some midieval ass service, hit this place up. It's no secret that starlight fills up fast, but if you really want to feel frustrated with your life, try making an educated guess on your chances of getting in here before you leave the house. Their website was erected circa 1995 and their phone number does not actually direct you to a human. They make no effort to post any kind of updates on their phone line, Facebook, Twitter or webpage regarding fullness. Tonight we showed up for an 8:45pm show to be told that they actually sold out at 7pm. Who knew so many people had 1hr45mins to waste sitting around before a movie. Not me. After driving 40 mins with a car full of eager visitors only to be told gleefully by the gate attendant that we never stood a chance, I decided to take some extra time out of my evening (since the drive time was already a sunk cost at this point) to deliver this scathing review - bad service like this deserves an extra special place in yelp hell. I appreciate the throwback nature of this establishment; however, flat out wasting your customers time is never cool. read more

We thoroughly enjoyed the Minions movie! The earlier you can get there, the better as the line can get quite long as only one of the two lanes accepts debit. They also make you wait while people walk up to pay for whatever it is they were paying for. There were several unleashed dogs running around. We were surrounded by an inconsiderate group who refused to smoke (cigarettes, cigars & joints) by their vehicles (they had children) but, would step out and smoke by ours and exhale. It's pretty warm so, we had our windows down and our child had to suffer. read more
