I reviewed a week or two ago at the start of the Vaca. We're At the end so I'll blast out…read moreanother. Warhol meets pollock meets coffee meets Waikiki. Owner Jonathan, who I had pleasure to meet is passionate about Art, coffee, and Hawaii and it shows in all his spaces. The gallery is no different. In this eclectic art coffee space he combines island vibes, upbeat morning grooves and Hawaiian caffeine. Love the spot and the coffee. The service is great ! The ladies behind the counter do a great job with the coffee the crowd and all with aloha. Over the last two weeks I've been here a dozen times and every coffee is great and every coffee is accompanied by aloha, great service and all in a cool setting. The art. All for sale, and all eclectic and interesting. It might not be your style but it does bring a nice vibrancy to this space. It is unique and fun. This is a gem in Waikiki. Right at the base of the beach comber. Thanks Gallery! You made my Vaca better! Aloha!!

I ordered an original açaí bowl, paid, was given a number and told to wait. I kept waiting, and waiting, over 20 minutes, meanwhile there were 4 people behind the counter, and no other customers! A few customers did come in while I was waiting and ordered the $3 beers because it was happy hour. (Great deal, but they were really small beers.). When my açaí bowl finally came out, it was quite yummy! It was full of açaí, bananas, berries, and granola. I thoroughly enjoyed it; but not sure why I had to wait so long! The place is really cute with all kinds of funky art and gift items all around. It is definitely a unique place.....but they could improve their customer a bit.

Rush is best known for her artistic and eye-catching makeup looks on shows such as Dancing With The Stars, American Idol, and more. After moving to the beautiful island of Oahu with her husband and 2 amazing daughters, Rush decided it was time for a change and combined her 20-year makeup career, her love for photography, and passion for painting to create “illuminated ART Hawaii”. Rush’s signature illumination process begins by printing her photos on canvas. She then applies makeup, acrylic paint, and other materials to add texture, motion and create a three-dimensional effect. She loves working on commissioned pieces to bring other peoples favorite moments and memories to life. She also collaborates with other photographers to keep things current and ever changing. Through this process she aims to recreate the feeling of being present in the moment, and sharing her joy and aloha with the world.
