No outside alcohol was allowed here for the event (that's quite typical of this sort of event venue). It was a carpeted floor, so you need a dance floor if that's what you want. Actually, our event used only about one half of this convention center. Food was somewhat lacking, especially steamship round (it was very dry), but there were plenty of it. Our event went very well. It was a lucky find for us and we are happy that they honor certain pricing for specific groups. Government and military, for e.g. As we were in the process of moving, we booked to stay here over a week which included a holiday weekend. Memorial Weekend was a busy time for the hotel and the convention center. It was pretty loud due to all of the people and late night celebrating because our room faced the back side where you can see the convention center and are above the restaurant with patio bar. My favorite amenity was the indoor pool! I've never been in a salt water indoor pool and love it! My son had a blast. Other hotels had no pool or it was closed. How can you not have your pool open during the summer?! So, we were happy to return here when we needed a room again for a few days in July waiting for our home to be ready. Their breakfast is the typical breakfast of the Holiday Inn chain, but the food staff ensured everything was stocked well. Also, special mention to the ladies who helped me out by offering the to go containers and cups when I needed breakfast to go while my family slept in late. Lucky for them. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again. Took off the star due to the noise. Next time, I'll ask about any special events and for a room on the front side (quieter). Also, due to the outdoor bar, I didn't always feel it was safe for my little guy. He was always with me, but during weekends, I'd gets crowded and busy. And, sometimes people consume too much. The floor was not cleaned! There was pet food or something on the floor! Looked like ppl who used the room were wild...damages, scratches, smears. I've been debating now for over a year to leave a review & after speaking with others that had reserved & paid for other wedding venues in Nashville to say the least, it was best I do. For they received most if not ALL their deposits back, this lady, WENDY was very determined & even had it in her agreement that "under no act of God or Government" and she had NO intentions of even offering a refund. She did, however, offer to let him choose another date for this year 2021, BUT that her prices were going up. So, I'm thinking "HELL no". Although the grounds were beautiful, the lady that owns & runs this had no compassion for a young couple already upset that they could not have their wedding. She is a good salesperson though, she made them believe it was all about them & their day.... until their day couldn't happen because KY had shut down pretty much everything last May. She's not about the couples, she's about the almighty dollar. I'm sure she received the Federal $ from COVID as well as all the deposits she had been paid while my son LOST his $2,965.00! My husband and I weren't sure what to expect because we came in from PA and hadn't seen anything until 2 days before the wedding. We were blown away! The grounds are gorgeous, the owner, Wendy, and her staff are amazing and the entire event was a dream come true! Wendy and her staff were very professional and made sure every detail was taken care of. Our family stayed at the Lodge and that really made things easy for us. We were able to enjoy the property in its entirety and Wendy made us feel like family during our stay. I highly recommend Naimoli Estate.

A new place in Hoptown for kids to enjoy!…read more I heard about this place through some moms' group on Facebook and decided to check it out with a few friends. I almost drove right by the place because it doesn't look like anything special from the outside, just another strip. Parking is limited because the building is shared with one or two other businesses, but, depending on the time you go (we went at 10am) you may not have many issues. Inside, you literally scan the QR codes, fill out the waiver, and pay all online. They're pretty lenient, and I didn't even have to show the staff my receipt. The facility itself looks pretty clean and well taken care of-- granted they had just opened a few weeks before we had visited, so I'd be interested in coming back a month or so later. There's lots to do! The space is basically open play and includes a bounce house, several themed play rooms (they're adding more toys), a sand pit, soft blocks, some little tikes cars, a ball pit, and rock wall, to name a few. There is also a "teen" gaming room and a couple of couches and tables and chairs for parents to sit at. You can basically see the entire play area no matter where you sit. There are 2 bathrooms and a changing table that's conveniently outside of the bathroom but still has enough privacy. Everything seemed clean! The only mishap was the one bathroom was out of paper towels the entire duration of our visit. Price wise, it's not terrible. It's $11 for 2 hours of play, and they frequently have deals and themed nights (mommy and me, Valentine's party, $5 days, etc.). Just check their website! All in all, I was pleased. Babies 6 months and under are free, but she did ask if the baby was crawling yet which might affect any early crawlers. There was a designated area for young toddlers and infants to play in, a ball pit, bounce house, sand pit, foam play area and little stores/businesses to play pretend! There was a room with some Xbox's and PlayStations which is fun. The restrooms were clean and there was also a changing station and nursing station! Seemed very well maintained! Only negatives were that there were a lot of toys that were not working and needed new batteries, as well as some sand in the bounce house.
