They took care of us from beginning to end. I had never been here before, so when I got the chance to walk around the store I fell in love with it! The owner called the police because she claimed another customer caught my wife shoplifting. We were detained in a humiliating fashion by several police officers in the front of her store for 45 minutes while they watched security footage over and over trying to find damning evidence of something that didn't happen. When nothing was found, the spineless owner had us criminally trespassed instead of apologizing. I noticed in another review that a minority received terrible service here as well. Not surprised at all to see that the trash who owns this store is racist, too. If you order cookies from Crumbl, make sure to order well enough in advance that you won't be tempted to visit this little piece of retail hell. Boring, generic, rude, overpriced. Completely garbage ownership.
