Instead, I was met with confusion and a complete refusal to do the service I had already booked. The technician at the desk claimed they couldn't help me because they didnt have the "Time" -- as if that somehow excuses denying a paying customer the service they requested. I wasn't asking for a full set or anything complicated, just two simple fixes. But instead of honoring the appointment or even offering a reasonable explanation, I was basically brushed off. Oh and i hear the Boss was out of town.. What kind of business can't function just because one person is away? That screams poor management and lack of training. If your staff can't handle basic repairs without a supervisor present, maybe you shouldn't be taking appointments at all. I wasted my time coming in, and the indifference I was met with made it clear they don't value their clients. I've been to many salons over the years, and I've never had such a ridiculous experience. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that's actually organized, professional, and willing to stand behind their work -- even when the boss is out of town.

If she put 5 minutes into it I'm exaggerating. I thought I'd give it a week or so to see if it will work, but after nearly 2 weeks my hair looked shaggy and the color was fading - my roots were clearly dark. I called her to see if she would fix it and was flatly rejected, unless of course I want to pay her again! I travel nearly weekly and have neither the time nor the inclination to obsess over my hair, but she said I waited too long to call her. I guess that extra 7 days was the tipping point. Typical lack of customer service we all have grown to expect but that I will continue to NOT accept.
