I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, then I was able to get situated in my room. Pennie walked me through the steps she'd be taking for the 60 minute session (cleansing, light exfoliation, hydration mask) and thoroughly explained everything. I could immediately tell that I was in good hands. After the mask was applied to my stomach, she gave me hand and foot massages. Once the mask was removed, she finished the session by giving me a back massage. Pennie was extremely personable, thoughtful, and she brought a great energy to the room.
