Leased a place from these folks for 2 years. Single no pets. $1850 deposit. I knew I wasn't getting it all back when I was moving out. I had a cleaning crew come and clean at the end of the day the charged me another $600 dollars to clean the place. Ridiculous! Fair warning right down every single thing that's wrong with the place and keep notes put it in a file. Take pics of place when moving out and clean the drawers out in the bathroom and kitchen because if they find Bits in the drawers they will hit you hard! read more

I would give 6 stars if I could. This review is long overdue, the team from The Sales Team Realtors have been great from the beginning. They started managing my property in late 2016. I've interacted with Ric, Tracie, Julie and lately Carol Garza. All of our interactions have been cordial, and professional. In real estate things break, the economy changes, etc. There are so many unexpected problems that need to be solved. My property is older, needs tree trimmings, and regular maintenance. The team communicates with tenants, prepares leasing contracts, and facilitates service requests. Even when I've had to deal with dishonest service providers, The Sales Team has worked with me and provided support every step of the way. I highly recommend this company and I'm grateful I found them. Lastly, they are very responsive. In these 6 years, I have always been able to have someone respond to me when I have inquiries. read more

Unprofessional to say the least, we have been renting for almost 2 years with them and recently the home owners sold our rental house mid lease. The entire process was out of hand i had people showing up unannounced just walking into my yard etc. once the sale was finalized, we the tenant NEVER I REPEAT NEVER received any type of communication of the new owners or that Sales Team was no longer managing our rental home. The professional and let me add not only legal but courtesy approach would have been for them to send us a letter stating they were no longer managing our home or accepting rent payments from us and here is the new owners contact info so we weren't left high and dry. We got neither. I was locked out of my online rent payment portal and unable to pay my rent and never received any info on the new owners. How do they expect a tenant who has never been late to make a rent payment with no damn information?! Unacceptable. I called many many times asking for help, info and this letter to cover myself in the event my rent was unable to be paid by the first of the month and i got nothing. No help, nothing but excuses and them telling me sorry they are no longer managing this property and that was it. Beware, no matter if you are an excellent renter companies like this are capable of leaving you in a hell of a bad position at no fault of your own! Since it won't let me respond to the false response from Sales Team .... In addition after seeing the response from Brian, at no time was i the tenant notified by Sales Team regarding anything after the Sale was finalized and closed on May 30th. We were NEVER told that they were no longer managing or that anything had changed as far as where we to make payments until July 12th (so naturally for June and July i made payments to our online portal as our lease stated we were to do) when i received a text from Ric. Imagine my surprise to be asked if we had paid our rent for July because you were no long managing the property and no one had checked the acct. of coarse I'm upset any responsible person of sane mind would be. How dare you lie and say we were told not to make payments for those months! So sadly your response is not fully true and again it's disappointing that you would lie in order to try to save face. The reality is that the owner had you manage this property and we had a lease with you. Once the property was sold in May we were never notified until a text on July 12 saying that you were not managing any longer and would no longer accept rent from us. At that time we the tenants had been given absolutely no address phone number etc info for the new owner so we were left in a position of not being able to pay anymore rent going forward. Now if i had been given such info as you claim this would not have escalated to where it has. However i have spent hours and many times contacting your company to resolve this with no help at all. No one even told us where our security deposit is at this point which by law you are required to provide such information when asked. It was a simple task, provide a letter or form as proof that your company is no longer managing the rental property and provide the new owners information so the tenant has proof to cover themselves in the event that the new owner does not make contact.. which in this case they did not so we the tenants were left screwed. The damage is done so please stop trying to sugar coat your part in this and take ownership of the fact that your people failed to properly communicate important information in a timely fashion that resulted in chaos to us the tenants. read more

Lived in a rental house for 3 years. Paid an exhorbinant amount of rent. Took excellent care of property and the owner and Sales Team Realty expected the house to look like a brand new house taking $1700 of our $3000 deposit. I understand maybe a deep cleaning fee but they charged for things that were not true! Ridiculous! Every other house we've lived in we have gotten the whole deposit back! read more
