This was a great way for recovery. We had a 630 reservation. They have two sauna rooms, two cold plunges one colder than the other and a salt room. I braved four steps and that's all I could push myself to today. You rotate through the rooms or plunges, showering in between which I appreciated. A couple things, they give you two towels to use, one to sit on in the saunas and warming benches but not everyone follows the etiquette. Most people come to relax and it's hard to do that when some people talk so loud or make noises in the saunas. Not sure how that is monitored by staff. They do a great job keeping the excess water off the floors since you are barefoot unless you bring an extra pair of flip flops or shower shoes. They offer a wet bag, which was appreciated. The staff are kind. Check in and check out is easy. They have a great referral program. There was probably 15 people there during our two hour session. Definitely a place to check out. It's in a little plaza on the end, cute zen decor. Parking in the lot, but may be tight depending on the time of day.

Well over a decade ago my mom got Botox from someone in NJ and her eye drooped and it made me a bit apprehensive, even though my forehead has extremely defined deep wrinkles due to having a very expressive face. Christina was quick to respond to my first message, and promptly schedule a friend and I to go in together for a consult and subsequent injections. She answered any/all questions we had professionally and with evident experience that put me at ease. The whole experience was great. We left smiling and excited for our next trip. Christina doesn't push you to get anything that you don't need, and I trusted her judgement with what and where I should get injections to start. I'll be going back this week, two months after my initial visit since my body seems to metabolize the Botox fairly quickly - and I had started with a small amount anyway. I'm no longer anxious to get Botox with Christina, because she very quickly gained my trust and I loved the results. I had 12 units in between my eyebrows for the 11's, 12 units across a few spots for my horizontal forehead lines, and 4 units on either side of my eyes for crows feet. I'd 100% recommend Accentuate Med Spa.
