I was paired with a stylist whom, painfully, knew nothing. She had very thick, long, wavy hair. The pictures I shared did NOT have a center part in the middle of my head with obvious thinning hair showing in the middle of my face accentuating a high forehead. The stylist was very nice but she should NEVER give cuts to people with my hair type. The next day I thought I would pull it back and fluff the bangs until I could figure this mess out. The bangs fluffed but I literally had (have) side pieces that are 3 inches different in length on each side of my face. OMG! From bad to worse. After evaluating what hair I am currently left with I chose a cut that would help fix this mess. Looking for a new stylist now. Prerequisite for my new stylist... she must have thin fine thin straight hair.

That was as far from accurate as you could be. She just started on someone else. No one said anything. I sat there for 30 minutes and not one person, including the stylist who heard the receptionist welcome me bothered to speak to me. I left at 1:30. I got a call from the stylist apologizing profusely for the "miscommunication". She stated no one told her I was scheduled????? After overhearing the receptionist tell me " (stylist) would be right with me". She acknowledged that she heard that but didn't say anything. She offered me 2 openings on Thursday so I told her Thursday at 10, she said ok, and again apologized. I received a text that my appointment for Thursday was at 11 am??????? I called and was told she already had an appointment at 10 and I said yes with me because I was unable to do 11. NO!!!! with someone else?????? I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH NONSENSE IN A SALON.
