I had a horrible wax…read moreand did not leave a tip because I was so disappointed, the next time I got the same wax I watched the woman waxing me tell them woman at the counter to charge me higher because "I do not tip" I got a Brazilian and checked out the work when I got home and there were whole patches of skin inches and inches of skin covered with hair and dried wax. (It was seriously insane I would share pictures but that would obviously be highly inappropriate) I had to go back in for them to finish the job. Very disappointing and painful! /: Last week I got my hair cut and styled so I left the salon happy but when I showered and dried my hair the next day it was completely uneven and choppy. I went in to ask the stylist to fix it and she actually asked me if I cut my own hair after I left the day before..... she "fixed" it but it's still one of the worst hair cuts I've ever had and was very over-priced. Consistently had to correct her and fills took no less than two hours. Which normal fills are an hour to an hour and a half. Then, after coming back from vacation, I receive a message from her stating that maybe I should look for a different lash artist because she gets too stressed doing my lashes. I gave her four chances to do my lashes correctly, however, she did not like being corrected, when my lashes were uneven, not the mapping that I asked for or not filled in properly. Not to mention, I asked her to take off the old Lashes and do a complete new set and she did not want to. She stated she did not like doing full sets if she didn't need to. Then she would use the excuse that I didn't have enough Lashes, but other lash artist were able to get my lashes, completely full exactly how I wanted them. Greeted warmly and taken promptly on time. They have a dedicated, private room for pedicure services. Low lighting, cozy, quiet. Very relaxing! The chairs are absolutely beautiful, comfortable and have a heated option. Honestly, it was the most relaxing pedicures we have ever experienced. The name literally says it "milk and honey", yes, real honey! Followed with a paraffin wax, leg mask and warm towels. Excellent massage to finish off the relaxing service. Hannah and Dennis did our pedicures and were both excellent! On to the fills. Lilly did my nails and was so sweet, very precise and perfect! Love my nails! She has a new regular customer for sure. Tan is the proud owner and did a stunning job on my daughter's nails. He was so humble and appreciative at checkout. We booked our next appointments because we definitely found our new nail "home". Prices are very reasonable for the services offered and provided. You get a little discount for paying cash as well.
