Natasha gave me a tour on my first visit, and explained every piece of equipment they offer. Every room is clean, and the machines look new. I would love to update my review as I try different equipment (salt room, compression therapy, etc). I was very interested in Cryo for its many benefits (anti-aging, metabolism boosting, mood enchanter to name a few). This facility provides all necessary Amenities (mittens, robe, slippers, etc) to make your Cryo experience pleasant .... You can just show up! As a fun bonus, you get to pick a song to listen to as you emerge into -160 degrees of cryotherapy. After 3 minutes, you come out feeling rejuvenated! What's makes Boca Cryo different is that it's not liquid nitrogen gas - - but "cold air" that is FDA approved. After the Cryo chamber, I was led by the lovely staff for my Cryo facial. This pleasant facial stimulates collagen, eliminates fine lines, and helps improve skin texture to say the least. And best part, it's not an invasive procedure! When I approached the front desk, Natasha surprised with me a Collagen Elixir to drink ... thank you Cryo staff, can't wait for my next session!

The concept of the Salt box is dry salt therapy. They have an adult salt therapy room(this is where the the kindermusik class is), a kid's salt therapy room, and a private salt bed. The adult salt room is like no other. It has Himalayan pink salt tiles, pink salt on the walls and I do believe salt is infused into the room during the class as I can see salt collecting on the floor. Dry salt therapy is not known at this time to be harmful to children or adults and there are a multitude of benefits. Dry salt therapy is said to improve lung function ( breathing, alleviate colds etc), has anti-inflammatory properties ( a fellow nurse swears by it for his psoriasis) and even improve sleep patterns. I'm not sure of the validity of these claims but saline is used for a lot of things in the hospital! The kids salt room is set up very inviting for children. The entire floor is Himalayan pink salt! There are large lounge chairs for the parents to relax and watch their children play with the dozens of toys, kitchens and books they have. Kids get to play and benefit from salt therapy! Prices for regular sessions are not cheap but if you can benefit from the therapy it is well worth it! I will be back for more music and salt therapy for sure!

Upon arrival you're given forms to fill out, a tour and the opportunity to place anything you don't want to bring into the salt room in a locker. They also provide socks or shoe covers since they don't permit you to enter without using one or the other. They have two salt rooms - one for kids and one with about 6 arm chairs to sit and relax while breathing in the salt air. We took advantage of their new customer offer which was $25 for 45min. At check out we were informed on packages and current promotions which I thought was nice that they're shareable.

The employee at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. She gave me a tour of the facility and described the experience I would have. She gave me a locker key so I could store my purse. She also gave me booties to cover up my shoes and a Ziploc baggie to put my phone in. They recommend you wear light clothes, I think this is because you get a slight coating of salt. The salt room had six recliners but I was the only one there during my appointment time. There is another room that accommodates children. The 45 minutes was very relaxing, and when I exited I could taste salt on my lips. I do feel some of my congestion was relieved. The salt is a natural expectorant and can kill some bacteria. It is $40 for a 45 minute salt therapy session. They have many packages for individuals as well as families. They also rent out the salt room which would be great for a girls night they also rent out the salt room which would be great for a girls afternoon out. The plans provided were not complete or usable for contractors. Multiple contractors pointed out missing structural details, specifically that installation would require cutting into drywall and adding reinforcement. None of that was included in the original plans and only came up months later after additional consultation, which caused further delays. At that point, I had no choice but to abandon the design and restart the project on my own. Communication was a consistent issue. Emails and calls frequently went unanswered, and at one point communication was happening with a contractor I hadn't even hired while I wasn't getting responses. The shipping department was also inconsistent, and I was told a manager would follow up with me but never heard from him. Even outreach to leadership went unanswered. There were also problems with shipping. I was told one item would be delayed and another would arrive first, but the opposite happened. That delay caused me to lose a contractor. I was told I would receive a $500 credit for the issue, and despite being told this more than once, it was never provided. I also never received access to resources that were supposed to be included in the program, like the client portal, and there was no onboarding or follow-up. Overall, this resulted in significant delays, added costs, and pushed back the opening of my business.

Nina claimed she could remove the lines, give her a fuller, more lifted look, and insisted it would take three treatments. She was running a "special" for $3,500 -- which, in hindsight, was nothing but a sales tactic. From the start, she rushed me through paperwork after the first treatment was completed, covering parts of it so I couldn't read it fully. She said it was just for "insurance" and a technicality, assuring me there was a refund if we weren't satisfied. That was a lie -- no refund was given despite multiple requests. After the first session, my mother saw no difference at all. Nina told us to "wait until her cheeks drained." We waited -- still no difference. I asked to stop after the first session and only pay for that, but she refused, saying the cost for a single session was nearly the same as the cost for three -- completely contradicting her own flyers posted in the office (I have photos). Nina repeatedly tried to convince us there was improvement by showing her own before-and-after photos, but my own pictures showed otherwise. To make matters worse, she performed treatments with a dog on my mother -- highly unprofessional and unhygienic -- and even claimed the procedure "removed negative energy." The result?
