I really debated on leaving a review as I'm all for supporting black businesses and the owners who…read morecame to my house for the job were really nice people. But after my interaction after the cleaning, don't want anyone else to experience. We were selling our 3200 sq ft home which is in immaculate condition. In the last two years we completely renovated everything but felt a deep cleaning would be good upon move out for the new owners since we did have pets. The owners came out on Saturday to inspect as the job was to be Monday and I'd be moving to a new state that evening. Even during their walkthrough they commented on how clean our home was. On the day they arrived, we went over the pieces I wanted to pay close attention to: the baseboard as you can see in the photos, inside cabinets, windows and then just the basics. Team arrived at 9:30 am and our movers had planned to do the upstairs first so they could begin there. I left to close and get a text at 2pm saying they had finished the upstairs but movers weren't done yet. I immediately come home to help where I can since we expected movers out by then and I had a plan to be on the road by 4pm for my 8 hour drive to my new home. Also had buyers coming for final walkthrough right before that. So I come back, start helping them. I decide to go upstairs to inspect and a bit surprised that all the baseboards hadn't been touched, one complete bathroom not touched, nothing on the stairs. So I do all that myself as they are downstairs. Odd but okay. I then come downstairs and start on my own fridge, my own bathroom, cabinets, below sink etc. by 8pm I had missed my trip and decided to get a hotel. The cleaners said they would take care of the rest: only things left at this point were the baseboards, downstairs closets (just needed to be swept or wiped down), walk in shower, and 1/2 bath. Cleaners messaged me at 9:30 to say they were done and house looked great. Not only did I buy dinner, tip well over 20% but clearly I cleaned over half of it myself. So imagine my surprise the next morning when I walk into the pics below. Only baseboards touched were the ones I did while they were there since they skipped them. Bottom bathroom not touched at all. My master bath, I have no comments as my glass looked worse than before starting and below my kitchen sink hasn't even been touched. Lose another day of travel because now I'm stuck cleaning it. The worst was me reaching out to the company with about 20 photos attached and having one call me to say she would send the same people back out. After being there 12 hours and that's what it looked like, why in the world would I go through this again?? And when I said it officially belonged to the new buyers, she had the nerve to ask me why I cared then since it was no longer my concern. wow! Then said my house was large-both my descriptions and your invoice show our square footage. she then sends me a picture of my clean stove-which we have used 5 times max. Thankful for the job they did on windows and ceiling fan. oh and sweeping....but having to pay to stay overnight after cleaning my own home, thinking the bottom would be complete when i left that night, then walking into this hours before new owners move in...just save yourself the stress and hire someone else.

When I asked for the invoice to reflect this, she said the only solution was for them to come back and clean what was missed and that "we can't really change the price." After being an hour late I did not have time for them to come back. I am disappointed in the customer service, only redeeming quality was my cleaners were kind and apologetic for missing the areas.

They thoroughly clean the bathroom tub, sinks and tile floor. The owner and her team understand there is a great need for their services and with some advanced planning, they will drive to surrounding counties. They provide their own products and equipment but they are willing to use yours if that is your preference. For my purposes I also needed an "industrial" cleaning of a kitchen. The kitchen had 12' ceilings, 16 large cabinets, 10 cabinet drawers, a large stove/oven, ceiling fan/light, and mobile dishwasher. The ceiling, walls, stove range hood, oven, water heater all had "dust bunnies", grime and tobacco stains. This was a major undertaking. The owner came to see the house a week before. I provided a detailed list of everything to be cleaned. A reasonable quote was provided and accepted. They completed the work with some accidental damage to some appliances. They were flexible with time (somewhat underestimated the amount of work). It took approximately 12 hours to complete the "deep" cleaning. I think they could handle that type of cleaning. They are friendly and pleasant and will work to please the customer. I would hire them again.

She wanted to come in the afternoon but stated 5PM. I politely but of course, reluctantly agreed and exactly what happened is the following.... I again had to text her at 5:10PM. I asked ETA? ..she said she was on her way..? I wait, then at 6PM still NO text.. call.. or show.... I told her that I was extremely upset and I would no longer need her service and Blocked the number. Why am I going to pay somebody to disrespect me with an 8 hour time gap and not even show up at that. I had to end up in a situation where I went and spent my last day here scrambling prior to my flight, deep cleaning for a MOVE OUT! I communicated, was beyond accommodating and polite. Totally unacceptable. I don't write negative reviews. I'm not this kind of person, but this experience has been really one that has gotten under my skin. Replying to the audacity reply given to this ^^^^ 1. You were honest? Yes you sure were. 15 minutes prior to your service appointment I text you. The 10am in which you weren't showing up for. 2. My attitude? My attitude was based on you acting as if a confirmed, paid service is something somebody should wait around 9 hours in a day for you to show up when you please to. Additionally, with no communication from you. 3. Your arrival after 6:30 PM right? HA. I got in my car and finally left to go get products to clean my house after I blocked you. And no regrets. I am moving out as you were previously aware of because again communication was solid on my end. 4. You live in a very busy area, stuck in traffic? It's a business. Plan better. Because YOU don't respect other peoples time or communicate. Pretty black and white. 5. As I stated, I don't leave bad reviews. I own multiple businesses actually. So opposite, but if you'd like to a lesson on how to respond to negative reviews correctly, I do have courses and they're free. 6. "Maybe you wouldn't have been so stressed if you hadn't taken that attitude."...........? Girl.. I am so happy I had time today to add to this review based on your ignorant unprofessional reply! Best of luck.
