The…read moreproblem is management or just Wal-Mart, either way my complaint is that they are severely under staffing their stores, this is actually cruel to your employees. I constantly see like 2 employees ruining multiple departments. One I went there and was getting help in one area and they were on the talkie trying to get her to go to 5 different departments cause she was the only there that could handle. My heart literally broke for this poor woman. This is not fair Wal-Mart, so please step up your game!
