What can I say? Jason has it right, mostly. This place is too expensive for the location. Dropped in for a bachelor party, and they initially quoted $200 for our own room, then it went to $500, then $700... inflation before our very eyes. This for twelve people in the group... don't bother getting a room. You get a free bottle of liquor and sodas, but you're better off saving your money for whatever else you came to do, be it watch, tip, or pay for dances, and you have better seating outside of the room (totally uncomfortable benches as compared with the slightly softer chairs outside). This is the most disrespectful "gentleman's club" I've ever been to. The owners or management let the peanut brain bouncers dictate or run this place. I was physically assaulted by a bouncer for using my phone. I wasn't making a call or taking pics. I was literally texting a friend who I wasn't meeting with. I'm a professional and a grown man wasn't being aggressive and I wasn't drunk. In fact my first beer which the bouncer slapped out of my hand was the first drink of the night. Absolutely no variety, all Russian girls that speak broken English. Every single one of them look the same me and my husband were looking for a more Instagram model type of look (lol he loves booties). It's pitch black the girls look like they don't eat! The one bartender is beautiful but that's about it I wouldn't recommend coming here. We used To come years ago they had a group or great looking Dominicans with bodies. If you want a wack dance and to be hassled down for dances and drinks I would absolutely not attend this club, I would give zero stars If I could it's also advertised as a restaurant and lounge which is suspicious it's a low class strip joint! The Scene is a awesome place to bring a bunch of your buds to have a drink. Also watch some really gorgeous women strut their stuff. It's ran really well by a great manager who know how to run a business. A stand up guy who wants you to have a great time. I had lost my cell phone their and the next day the bouncer found it and gave it to bartender. They stashed the phone and it ended up going missing. I told the manger what had happened and be went completely out of his way to make sure the phone found its way back to me. Long story short he was able to find the phone got it back to me 3 weeks later!! When he invited me to his office he not only gave me my phone, he gave me 100 dollars towards drinks and dances! Great spot with some class act tail right off the LIE at Exit 53. The ladies are mostly of the Caucasian variety, but I found them exotic just the same. Nostalgic fans of the roadside restaurants of yesteryear will be happy to find that The Scene lies in an old Hojo's, though the orange roof and steeplepiece have been altered, and the feasts served up nowadays are for the eyes, not the tastebuds. It's okay.. but I'm surprise that one of the bouncer called a nasty word to Kayla C. I don't use that word for really long time. Show god damn some respect and show some manner! I have been there few times, it's okay to me unlike other club but it could have done better. been there 3 times I think in like 3 or 4 years ago but I don't know they did changed or not. Of course you have to pay to get in but different from other clubs depending on what time you get in or time at 7 starting to get pay to get in. They do massage, lap dances and also VIP. The only difference is you can't touch girl's body while in lap dance, only in VIP. Don't get wrong idea from other people thinking they are taking pictures or recording. They are smart enough to know better. I think every Gentlemen's Club need to have Hand Sanitizer as I meant it. Being a resident of NYC and a male of 42 years old. I have been to my share of bars, clubs, lounges and strip clubs. Atlanta GA was known for their strip clubs which gave you the vibe of a club and lounge in one. I was at the scene during the NBA finals series and to be in a spot that had attractive women who are not pushy and thirsty for a dollar or to buy them drinks was refreshing. The women know how to hold a conversation and keep you engaged that you of your own free will feel bad not tipping/lol. Was a great experience to be older now and just want to relax. This is the place and the women are all dimes which is rare in spots. read more
