My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for any house related tasks including plumbing.

I saw the other side of him as he lied over and over....kept having personal problems such as mother of his son smashing his cell phone, denying him to see child etc. No show, no call several times. Expected Stand with Us to be out of business. When he cleaned was very good but lack of accountability detracted from overall service. When I called him asking about the railing repair he got very hostile, swearing, denying etc and his politeness that had impressed me vanished quickly. I guess that was his true colors.

They take on to many jobs at once and can't finish the one they started. And won't even respond to calls or texts! Their phone calls go straight to vm which are never answered. I'll give them a minus 1 rating!! BBB Will be notified! Also she confused my street with another one in a different town (same name) then decided to tell me my driveway was bigger so now she's losing money. We'll get your shit together before writing out a contract and presenting it to the customer and collecting half the money which she insisted it be written out to her name. Sounds like a scam to me.
