Upon inspection, the only thing he could tell me was that "it's bad", with no further information. He goes on to tell me that he may not be able to complete the job due to the angle of my vaulted ceiling being too steep, in his estimation it had to be close to 70 degrees and he wouldn't be able to find an adapter that would suffice. Sure enough, his supplier couldn't find one with, they don't make that part anymore, etc. He used pretty much every excuse he could think of not to complete this job. The home warranty administrator offers me a check to have the job completed on my own. The solution? The part was, in fact, available online- I found it myself, non- professional that I am...and it wasn't even necessary being that my ceiling angle is 37 degrees and used the equipment included in the box.

The second time, they widened some more doorways and installed a barn door. They also installed a platform in the patio so that my dad could spend time outside without a ramp coming and going. I found their work to be very knowledgeable regarding the construction of the house, experienced and reliable. They were thorough and professional with the small details such as finishing off the tile, walls and hardware. (This was an issue we had with the construction workers at a second place we renovated in New York, the company there left a few final cosmetic things unfinished that we'll probably just need to live with for years.) I recommend them without reservation for any kind of job you might want to complete, Josh was very knowledgeable.
