Hi, It was forecasted to be a cold night. Little did I know, My night was to get even colder. I had a romantic evening planned. After work I stopped by Deja Vu Love Boutique, in Vista CA. She rang up My items and putting batteries in the sex toy, and I heard Her say "It works". And before I left I heard Her say, "No refunds or exchanges". I thanked Her then left. I arrived home, My Lady was looking forward to the evening I had planned. Before We got intimate, I went to put the batteries (which I got from the Deja Vu Love Boutique Employee. They were the wrong ones. I was like Oh Sh__t. I then called the Deja Vu Love Boutique in Vista, and told them they gave Me the wrong batteries. After a couple of minutes on the phone, I didn't seem to be getting anywhere, so I hung up. I know what I needed to do, find somewhere close ( a convenience store) and buy the right size batteries.My Lady was a little upset. I returned back to Her place as quick as I could, approximately 20 minutes, with the right size batteries. I was anxious to pick up where We left off. LITERALLY the WORST customer service and PRODUCTS at this store the manager here (a male) is a complete jerk and the manager "day" is an even worse one. So i got pissed off and left. i came back in to talk to someone else or get the info of someone else i can speak to and the same manager (day) came up to me and started trying to talk over me while i was talking to another manager.both managers then brought out the "owner" and i told him what was going on and that i didn't like "day's" response to me, which by the way was "really... yea... ummm i buy stuff here all the time and nothing ever happens to me soooo..." so she basically called me a liar. so when i told the "owner" about what happened, (day) kept butting in and STRAIGHT LYING to the owner and to my face about the way she treated me. i looked and her and said "really!?? that's what you are gonna do!!? lie?!?" the owner looked at "day" and said "you don't have to listen to that...just be quiet" and then proceeded to give me attitude. feeling overwhelmed,i just left. when i got to my car, i wanted to get the district managers info or someone else i can speak to. so i walked back in to ask. the "owner" then started to get sarcastic and ask me "what do you want!?? all your money back?!?" i literally said "no! i just wanted a discount for all my trouble!" and he said "ok! and i'll give you 20%!" like really!? after all that!!?! i asked the owner for someone else's info, like a district manager or someone else and he said "nope! there's nobody! can't help you!" so imagine having to deal with that!?? when you are having an issue with a product that THEY sell?!? lol i feel so disgusted with this place and i would not recommend it to anyone! Update: responding to the owners response. it has NOT been six weeks and i have the receipt to show. i will post to when it was purchased. but regardless, no matter when it was purchased, your store is selling products that had to produce a " cease and assist" due to the company biting off of another company. that's not the customers fault! and if the website doesn't EXIST, who else would we contact? when i bought the toy originally, i was told by YOUR employers specifically, that "there is a definite warranty on it!" but yet the website doesn't exist! and i wasn't even provided with an email to contact anyone the first time i had the i came to return it. AGAIN....I never came for a refund. i came to even PURCHASE MORE despite my bad experience. i also dont live In vista, i live in rancho bernardo but seeing as how i wasted so much money i figured "hey! why not try and atleast get a discount. Don't fool yourself into coming here for "gag" gifts, just own it and you'll be much better off. I haven't ordered anything they didn't carry in store yet, but they will hold items you call ahead for. Military discount people, use it if you have it.
