She turned 11 so I figured she was still too young to have all the power of the Internet, apps, and other social media games at the tip of her fingers so I got her some thing where she would still be able to send messages on her phone calls. It was also perfect because it allows me to track her when needed and put school time so that way she cannot go into her phone during those hours. I was helped by a wonderful woman name Vicki. First she didn't know how to do it but she was able to figure it out.It turned out that my watch and not been properly connected to the cellular plan so when I went back again I had Genesis help me out. She told me it would take about two hours before a set up. About four hours later it did not work but I managed to call T-Mobile and a specialist on the phone figured out that I had to turn on the cellular through the Apple Watch app link to her phone watch in order to activate it. It might've taken me a week to figure it out but, every single representative was able to help me out and they did not charge me for the time being. I have been with T-Mobile for a roughly about 15 years now and I would never swap my phone service to another company. I am super loyal to T-Mobile and this is a great store to go to if you were looking for a quick service and helpful individuals.

I had to return the phones so many charges for a phone so I returned then had to pay a restocking fee when i was told you have upto two weeks to return. I went back 5 days later and they charged almost 200 just to return the items that they said you can return. So fine i got my refund charged for restocking fee out of the refund. So fine i took the loss. Only to get a notice a threatening to ruin my credit for a bill of 300 dollars. Its insane! I dont even know why they are contacting me a month later to get me to pay more money. I literally went to my old carrier and my phone was put back with them. So i didnt even use the phone only for five days why am i getting a bill? Im infuriated that i have to deal with them again its been a nightmare! The customer service was awful once you teturn the phone. I hope they resolve the issue and never have to hear from them again!!!!!

They told me it would take 5 days to recover my data.. and that they would keep me informed on their progress. As I've had this problem before, this sounded reasonable to me, because it has taken about 5 days in my past experiences. It has now been 30 days. They have not done one thing that they say they are going to do with the exception of a return phone call today. They've told me many times: in fact about 10 times, my data would be ready to be picked up tomorrow or the next day. They also say they'll call with updates. Friday they told me it will be ready Monday, and so I took time off work Tuesday to pick up toward the end of the day. Now they are telling me 3 more days! WHAT?? I have no idea how they got this many 5 star reviews. They have done nothing trustworthy so far in this 30 day experience. At least be honest with people. I know enough about computers and data transfer to know bullsh*t when I hear it. 1 star. Beware.

My phone was broken for a few days and t mobile customer service over the phone and apple had me running in circles. No one could find a solution to the problem even tho in the end it was a minor fix of putting my SIM card in another T-Mobile phone but i didnt have anyone around that did. I had gone to geek squad at Best Buy in the Bx mall and asked them to at least try but no one was willing. Idk her name but a female worker at this T-Mobile fixed the problem that I had for FIVE DAYS in literally 5-10 min. Communicated easily - listened to me even tho i was frustrated and had an attitude but i was fed up with the problem and no solution. She had no issue putting my SIM card in her phone so I could receive a message to reset a password that was needed. So thank you very much to her and her patience. Maybe the Best Buy workers thought it was too personal a gesture but they could've done a lot more to help, as could have the T-Mobile and apple customer service agents over the phone. I spoke to a total of nine representatives and only two had knowledge and actually moved me up along the process of solving my problem before i encountered the great help at this T-Mobile. After I was done I stayed inside the store downloading some apps I needed and a new agent would come up and ask if I needed help or was already assisted literally every couple mins. I also used to frequent the Fordham location and this one does not compare. Clean - helpful and not rushing u out. Thank you guys for the great customer service!

As has been said before by many others, this company has bad customer service. Far worse than the…read moreservice is their dishonesty. Astound is a good name for these people. The low level customer service and the way the company bilks customers is astounding. They claim to be giving you a five (5) year price lock. In my case, two months later they change the name of your promotion to Promotion for Life. They say that this means that only the taxes can go up if they do, but not the price for the service in my case, $40.00 with $5.66 in taxes for a total of $45.66. Do not be fooled. All their promotions, regardless of names, can be renamed and repriced at any time. They actively promote Autobilling, which means they take the money directly out of your bank account each month. It is not worth getting a $5 reduction to have these crooks get access to your bank account. Once you provide them with your bank account number, they can help themselves to any amount. Prices with Astound change at the drop of a hat. They do this by claiming that your plan's name was changed. What this means is that they hiked the price. Am actively going to see if I can find a better deal elsewhere. These people are nasty and only interested in bilking customers. These are seasoned scam artists.
