The repairer called me promptly to discuss the problem and explained to me the actual issues with my laptop. He gave me a few options and listened to my request. He also was accommodating with the pricing and he picked up and dropped of my laptop for me. I truly appreciated their service! I was able to get my laptop fixed and back within a couple of days. I paid $65 to fix a laptop hinge.
