Please reconsider the training that your security staff go through including a course on human decency. We were just a couple of grown women having a chat and not causing trouble or being disrespectful. As well as being compliant. I spoke to customer service this morning, I was told that they did not receive the equipment I returned, therefore, they continue to charge monthly fees until the equipment turns up or I pay over $300 for the missing equipment. We are having a terrible experience with this company, now called Bell Alarm. After having items…read moreinstalled poorly (like imagine a security camera permanently set to your neighbour's house instead of your side door; and the smoke alarm is installed in front of a door in the basement, so we can no longer open that door), the main panel started beeping at 10pm. We spent two hours on hold (their call centre is open until midnight). No one answered. The beeping stopped but it will take three weeks for someone to come to the house. Now the panel is beeping every hour. It will be our 2-3 time we have spoken to the techs, who can do nothing remotely. We have to call them again. They have a good sales department, but after you sign up for a three year contract, they become terrible.
