Terrible customer service. I recently moved to the area and needed my pellet stove cleaned and…read moreserviced. 2 of them came to clean it and I asked for them to show me how it works. I was told to read the manual and watch the dvd. I thought that was odd as I was paying for a service and they were already here. A month later I fired it up (beginning of October) and immediately noticed a issue with the blower. I called and was told 4-6 weeks or longer. At 6 weeks I called to check in and was told they would call me back to make a appointment. I waited a few more weeks and still no call back. I called them back at 10 weeks and was told they still can't give me a date as to when they can come. At this point I called another company and they were here within a few days. The tech from the other company said whoever cleaned it did a lousy job, hah. He replaced the blower and cleaned it again, even though I never used it besides that one time!Still no call back from northern lights and it's been 12+ weeks in the middle of winter! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Yesterday I believe it was the Maine native Derrick working. Looking for a small pipe as a backup to when I'm cleaning my main pipe and everything in the cases were $28 and up... And I probably would have bought one, but after asking what I was looking for, he went out back to a shipment that came in and found a small $12 pipe. Literally basic and exactly what I was looking for. They may have only had a $12 transaction instead of $28... But I guarantee this will be my shop of choice going forward. Seriously great work guys
