Throughout the entire journey, Coley was there--answering every question, calming every worry, and never once making me feel like I was asking too much (even when I thought I was being annoying, haha). She guided us with so much knowledge and warmth, making sure we always felt safe and supported. Our delivery was long--being my first--but Coley never wavered. She knew exactly what to do, always reassuring us that everything was unfolding just as it should. Her confidence and care made all the difference, and I can't imagine having gone through it without her. Without a doubt, I'd call Coley again for my second pregnancy.

I was having a lot more symptoms like being dizzy, blurred vision, slurring my speech and a few other things. In triage my BP was very high in the 190s and over another high number I believe in the 130s. My heart rate was extremely high too, so the triage nurse who was just the sweetest lady called out a stroke emergency. 2 amazing doctors and at least 5 nurses surrounded me on the gurney like a Nascar pit crew. They immediately put in an IV, injected me medication and took my blood several times; as well as an EKG. I was given 3 different MRI's and chest X-rays almost as soon as I came in. Everyone was so kind in MRI room. The lady who operated the MRI machine even prayed with me twice. I'd like to add that we had first gone to Inland Valley Hospital and they were horrible to us this morning. I told them I was have chest pains and stroke like symptoms. They did not even pull me up for triage hearing that and I had to wait at least 5 minutes. They did not call a stroke code and just pushed me back into some weird ER patient only waiting room for a little over an hour. There were at minimum 20 patients in weird little room complaining they'd been waiting over 3 hours after also being triage and saying there were only 2-3 nurses on duty. That's when I decided speak up and be my own advocate. I just got up and exited; telling the triage nurse on my way out that I was going to another hospital. Thank God that I did! Last thing I have to add is that my doctors are extremely competent and seen well educated on cardiac and stroke events, but they have the best bedside manner! They were so great at Rancho Springs that 1 of my doctors walked my husband over to get a coffee! Now that's great service!

Once we got checked in we were in a packed waiting room with children throwing up in bags. About 30 minutes later they called him back to the triage room and did an EKG. Then they took him for Xrays & C-scan. Then back to the waiting room and called him back for blood work and admin registration. . Then back to the waiting room. Over 2 hours and no one told us anything. I went to ask the status and the check in desk said he needed to do a urine sample. So he did and back the waiting room. Almost 5 hours total and I ask if they had any results. She said well nothings broke but the doctor likes to talk to the patient after all the labs and test results are in. I ask if we could just go home and somebody can call us. That was yesterday afternoon about 4:00pm today at 3pm still waiting. I just called the ER and they said sometimes urine test take a couple days. I ask so would we still be sitting in the waiting room waiting for the doctor to tell us something. I am so ticked about how they treated my 83 year old husband and how they handle sick people who are mixed in the injured patients. It's no wonder the flu and Covid are so bad. This is unbelievable and needs attention. After 5 hours we decided to go home but they did absolutely nothing to help my husband's pain no meds, no wrap or sling. They said I could do that myself if he thinks it'll help.

I really don't understand how there are negative reviews. I've going to this office for almost 4…read moreyears now and I will not go anywhere else. I am currently seeing this office because I am pregnant and giving birth soon. All of the doctors care deeply, and so do the nurses and the front staff. My first pregnancy with them, I had high bp and had to go to the hospital at 32 1/2 weeks- stayed there until 34 weeks and had to be induced. We had our baby girl early and she was in the NICU for 11 days (shout out to Radys- they are heaven sent as well!!!). Anywaysssss- I mainly see Dr. Todd but would see the other doctors and midwives as well- including Dr. Neil, and the midwives Alyssa, Kari, and Tonya (she delivered the last bat I had!). They are attentive, kind, professional, and they also like to make you feel less stressed by being goofy and joking around a little. It really does help- at least someone like me who needs to chill out. Just recently I had an appointment where I thought I I was going to have to go to the hospital again like last time. I was seeing Dr. Neal that day and he was very reassuring, relaxed, and he told me what next steps to take, and that I was going to be fine. Turns out I didn't need to go to the hospital, I'm still very healthy and so is baby, and we are pushing almost 36 weeks now! That day I had some PTSD and left crying hysterically because of past trauma (not because of them), and when I returned, they were so kind and loving and wanting to make sure I was okay. I was so embarrassed about it, but they were understanding and helped me. :) i wanted to thank Dr. Neal- if he hadn't been how he was that day, I would have gone home so stressed! I love this office, and if weren't for how they handle things and treat patients, my anxiety would be so so bad. I'm very thankful for them. Pregnancy can be SO HARD AND SCARY, but they help take the stress off and they know what they're doing and how to take care of you. They take it seriously while also making sure that momma is fine in the process :)

There were times when appointments needed to be rescheduled but that is to be expected with an OB who needs to deliver babies at unpredictable times! There were instances when certain prenatal services weren't being covered that should have been but I was able to get it straightened out with insurance. I had appointments with several providers at the clinic and each one listened to my concerns and questions. I am giving this office three stars only because the doctor and back-office nurse were polite, caring, and very helpful. Unfortunately, the front office experience was extremely poor. The receptionist, Ashley, was rude, had a very sharp tone, and never made eye contact, which is unprofessional and unacceptable in a medical setting. It took another receptionist, Aimee, stepping in for the issue to finally be resolved and for me to receive accurate information. On the second visit the office made an administrative error by sending my labs to an out of network lab and i received a surprise bill of $700. I had to appeal and file a grievance with my insurance due to this. This experience has been a headache and when I tried to resolve it by asking to speak with a manager, apparently the office has none. Very young and inexperienced staff. Lucilla a call rep hung up on me after being passive aggressive after i had asked if i could speak with a manager to help resolve my billing issue since the person i had been in contact with was not available. Susie was as helpful as she could be but after 2 months of going back and forth was told she wasnt able to help. She stated she understood my situation but it was a simple human error. A simple human error that is costing me $700. I wouldnt mind the simple human error if the office took responsibility for their error but i am being held responsible to pay. Again, i asked to speak with someone higher, and was told there isnt anyone else that can help me therefore my only option was to file a grievance with my insurance and write this review in hopes to help prevent others from the headache and time wasted trying to resolve issues that should of never been in the first place. Avoid the headache, go somewhere else where staff understands insurance/billing and actually has a manager you can speak to in situstions like this.

Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone! Our experience was very similar to Emily's experience…read more I'd say almost to the T with the exception of her assistant, Sally was great and is one of the reason my wife and son are alive today. My wife and I expressed concerns about her pelvis being too narrow but she brushed it off and we believed her. A mistake that nearly ended my new family. She would say that something was fine and then would say that the same thing was concerning. We chalked it up to her being a bit eccentric. On top of that, we only got reimbursed a little over $100 from insurance and we had Anthem PPO at the time. Not necessarily her fault but it added to the negative experience and expenses. My wife's labor ended up being 24hrs at home and 36hrs total which ended in a C-Section. She was little to no help and it was Sally that recommended we go to the hospital. Plug-in for Rancho Springs, amazing hospital and staff. It's not what we wanted but definitely what we needed and more. We didn't want a hospital birth but they have the best ward bar none. Only hospital me and my wife would go to for this. From our conversations with other people that used her in the past, I think she was once a great midwife but from our experience, I would highly discourage anyone from using her services. If you use her, you'll be playing roulette with you and your child's life.

Would not recommend Our son was born early September 2024…read moreand Anne was our midwife for the pregnancy. During our meetings we were constantly recommended to seek outside opinions from my OBGYN and medical facilities, causing us to spend thousands more during my pregnancy and birth on top of her fee for services ($6000). During my birth Anne and her assistants made the environment stressful when I expressed for my birth to be peaceful to my liking. Upon Anne's arrival she said that I was fully dilated at 6am. At 3pm Anne had checked me and told me that she had still felt some of my cervix (I WAS NOT FULLY DILATED). She had complained earlier in the day that her fingers were too short to check properly, so I'm not sure how she has been a midwife and her fingers be too short to check her clients. I was instructed to push while not being fully dilated. Anne appeared impatient and she didn't seem to know what to do to help me progress. After an hour and a half of pushing she recommended transfer to the hospital. Upon arrival at the hospital I was checked and was dilated to AN EIGHT. The hospital determined that my baby was too large to have naturally. During my pregnancy we brought up the size of my baby and Anne would discredit all the ultrasounds and weight estimates that we were given. I had my baby via c-section and was born at 11 pounds 1 ounce, he would never have been born safely naturally. After my hospital stay we returned home to a birth pool fully inflated and still containing the water from my labor, this was after I was told that everything would be cleaned up before our return. A warning to all, a contract is presented and must be signed that states once Anne shows up to your birth/labor there are NO REFUNDS of any sort. Ultimately I would not recommend Anne's services as a midwife. If you are looking for a midwife to trust as your expert and for a safe, comfortable birth, look elsewhere.
