When the hard drive finally broke down after ten years use, they managed to restore my software and data in a new computer which worked perfectly from the beginning. In both cases, the effort involved was considerably greater than I would have expected from the minimal cost charged. They have also been helpful in follow-up calls when I have installed new gadgetry.
