This is the place to go if you're looking for unique, colorful and quality clothing items. The assortment of clothes is quite a bit considering it's relatively a small store. You will only find a couple of items in one size, so it's nothing like mass-produced clothing. There's also a wide range of clothing for different occasions - from dressy options to super casual ones. They have jeans, sweatshirts, cute tops and skirts as well as dresses. I noticed that they carry a lot of items from Aviator Nation. The style is a bit beach-y which makes sense since they describe it as a taste of California in midtown Tulsa. In addition to clothing, you will also find great items for gifts like bath bombs, beauty masks, nail polish, candles, body oil, and cute accessories. I ended up buying some of their jewelry because it's very minimalist and delicate, which I like. Finally, the staff was super friendly and attentive. However, I saw one other man, so I went to his location. I am glad I did, because Uptown Cheapskate had an amazing selection of business casual shirts for men. They were all clean, in good to excellent condition, and reasonably priced. For under $60 dollars, I walked out with five polo shirts and one $10 dollar athletic undershirt. UC also had an unexpected variety of men's dress shoes, Doc Martin boots, and Vans shoes. Frequently thrift store shoes are beaten up, scuffed, and missing 1/3 of the sole from use. The UC men's shoes were all in very good to exceptional condition. The ladies working there were nice even when it became busy.

Spencer on July 10, 2026, around 5:30 PM after a coworker told me they had wax warmers for only $3, and how good they smelled. Since I work just a couple of doors down, I walked over excited to check them out. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I entered. Two white women and a child walked in just behind me. I was never greeted, acknowledged, or asked if I needed help. However, I could clearly hear the employees warmly greeting and interacting with the customers behind me and others who entered the store. After walking around the store twice trying to find the wax warmers, I finally had to call my coworker--the person who had recommended the store--to ask where they were located. She had to direct me to the exact spot over the phone, despite not even working there. When I found the wax warmers, I thanked her for helping me because no one in the store had offered any assistance. As a Black woman, the difference in how I was treated compared to the other customers left me feeling invisible and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, customer service should be consistent for everyone. A simple greeting or "Can I help you find something?" would have completely changed my experience. as I got to the counter to make my purchase and the cashier asked me if I wanted to give my phone number then I communicated my disappointment in Customer Service as I was treated in the store today. To add to the irony, I ended up wasting my $3 because the wax warmers weren't even worth it. The ones from Walmart smell much better. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because every customer deserves to feel acknowledged and valued when they walk through the door. Please feel free to review your store footage as you can see that this is not a fake review. Treat all customers with dignity and respect no matter race, sex or gender.

Both shirts were $10 a piece & there were other pieces I went back & forth on that averaged around $8-15.
