It's seems like the longer my hair grows, the more they avoid proving service. I regularly come for a wash and dry on my thin curly hair and always tip over 20%. I have been turned down the last three times by both the man Miguel and the woman Araceli. The last time, was around 11am on a Monday when there was only one lady in the entire place. The man has hinted that my hair would be easier to work on if it was shorter but the last time he cut it, it was disproportional. I've given this place too many chances, but I will no longer be supporting this business. I'll take the longer drive and pay for quality service over this. read more

Let me start off by saying customer service wasn't bad, the employees were kind to me but they completely messed up my hair. I scheduled an appointment with Rosa for green hair. I sent her a picture and she said she could definitely do it and said she would do it right so i obviously believed her because she's supposed to be a professional. I had some black dye in my hair which is pretty hard to remove, but she said she would bleach it until my hair couldn't handle it. While I was getting my hair done her boss kept arguing with her that she kept doing everything wrong but just to "do whatever she wants". Rosa started adding color to my hair when i turned and saw blue hair dye. I asked if she got the right color and she said "It's fine, it'll turn green in 30 mins". I kept mentioning that it wasn't green but Rosa and her boss kept insisting that it was the lighting but if it was my roots would've been green since my virgin hair bleached into a blonde. Instead of getting a dark green like I asked, I left home with a turquoise blue. Please don't waste your time or money coming here. read more
