They are only taking cash. Your appointment is not guarantee you will be seen at that time you still have to wait. Hair cuts are $35 and if you want to style it $55 Balayage hair starts at $190. Two assistants and one main person doing work. After waiting for my appointment for 40 min I left because there was still 3 people in front of me and I believe the pricing for that particular area is expensive. read more

Super Bad customer service. When I came in no one helped me out. I had an appointment at 4:30 and once I got there I had to wait 40 minutes and when I ask how much longer they said a good while. All I just wanted was to cut my hair and they helped they lady who came after me and she was going to be dyeing her hair. Meanwhile I just wanted to cut mines. Worst service ever. read more
