However, recently I ordered an item that was too small. The very next day I contacted the returns department and they sent me a return label with a reference number. The only instructions were to repackage as sent and place the document with the reference number in the package. Then affix the label to the outside (the post office said that it was printed incorrectly and had to fix it). Only in the return section of their website do they discuss custom declarations of which I missed. You had better be sure that you have exactly what you want! I live in the USA and if you want to return something to the UK they will accept it within 21 days. However, by the time you pay the original shipping to you, return shipping, possible tariff and then the exchange shipping the value of your product is not looking so great. Please get with it in this world of great shopping and shipping. Perhaps use an office in the USA to provide exchanges. This is terrible customer service and no matter how much I admire your clothing....I will be glad to be finally finished for good.

Alas that became a victim of the redevelopment of that part of Brighton so if you're looking for a department store in Sussex then you can't do much better than head to Tunbridge Wells and visit Hoopers. It has everything you would expect in a department store including a well stocked Kitchen and glass department and a fine soft-furnishings department. The hooper's cafe is a good place to go for tea, coffee and a range of cakes or for lunch with sandwiches, jacket potatoes as well as a range of hot meals, all at reasonable prices. It is also fully licensed. It also has a great men's department, although this is outside the main building to the left in a little arcade, and the prices there seem a little higher than in the main store.

The colour of these shoes was three tone - at the front of the shoe: Olive green, brown and gold - three stripes of olive green, brown and gold, and olive green the rest of the shoe. They were very modern-looking, very comfortable and pretty - and when I wore them everyone remarked on them. They blended perfectly with my colour co-ordination of white crops, olive green sweater and olive green handbag, and Calvin Klein toeless and heelless knee-highs in olive green lurex - an instant hi! I would be appreciative if you would speak with Joseph Siegel to make some more of the above, as I have been searching on his website for another pair of these shoes - they were brilliantly made, as always.
