When I asked about something that would be quick to come out she was rude and informed me that I would need to wait another 15mins for a poutine. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes, and there was no effort to rush the replacement so the rest of my very expensive order wouldn't sit. By the time I got everything home, the food was lukewarm and the fries were soggy. For an order for seven people, that was extremely disappointing. To top it off, after all of this, the server actually asked me if I wanted change back. I'm usually a very good tipper and have no problem rewarding good service, but there was no way I was leaving a dime after the attitude and lack of care I experienced. Running out of an item happens, and mistakes are understandable, but customer service and common courtesy cost nothing. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with others I've had here. As a local customer who has supported this business many times, I left disappointed once again. I will not be returning and will not be recommending it to anyone else.

Also noticed that there are other options like sugar-free, lactose-free, sorbets, and A2 bars, so there's still an option for those with dietary restrictions. Since it's a dairy farm, you can definitely smell it when you're in the area. There's also an area with animals that you can see. When we arrived, there was a bit of a line, but it moved fairly quickly as the staff were fast with taking orders, scooping, and handing over the ice cream. There's also other products like cheese, snacks, and take-home tubs, but since we only had a cooler box and we're still heading east, we only stuck with what we could snack on there. Lots of parking spots, and even benches outside so you can sit and enjoy your treats.
