The virtual mailbox was a lifesaver as I worked between states to care for sick family and maintain employment. I never accessed after hours but totally would if I was so Inclined as I feel comfortable doing so. They tried their hardest to find the misplaced or misdelivered items. I trust Amazon folks messed it. It mattered because it was a wedding gift. That just made it more tolerable and special that they tried. They'll communicate via email which is most preferred for me and my life demands. Renewals can be done without issue over the phone and receipts left in your box.

Update #2 It's been…read more4 years since my last review and there's a huge difference in how I use this UPS store. I've since opened my own business and I use this location several days a week, most recently as a mailbox key holder. I have dropped thousands of USPS packages here over the past year in business, always grateful that UPS offers this partnership since the nearest post office is at least 15 mins away. The employees are kind about the USPS and Amazon drop offs and after bad experiences other places, this is the only delivery service location I frequent anymore. Delivery and mailing these days is not perfect, but thank god for my UPS store down the road.

The people who manage Evergreen village need to be replaced, they are rude and don't want to be…read morebothered. They raise lot rent because of outsourcing yet keep the people that can't do the job on the payroll. The place needs new OUTSOURCED management.

Since i moved here I've been screamed at and disrespected by onsite managers sue and roland made…read morenumerous complaints and seems to not be changing anything so i started having all communication with the owners and was recently approved to put up a trampoline my son was gifted by one of the 2 owners that i didnt even tell him about until i got it approved because i assumed it would be a problem everything is but to my surprise was told yes started setting up and got screamed at once again by sue aswell as my company who was outside alone when approached by her screaming i tried to explain it was approved and show her the message stating it was and she stormed off again yelling take it down now 2 days later the owners call and say its got to go do you know how it feels to take away a birthday present from a 4 year old thats legit the only fun they have outside because nothing is allowed here well atleast for us many do the same things and nothing is said like power cars for kids mine get stopped but no one elses also its covid cant really safely take them to a park i highly do not recommend living here especially if you have kids also better kiss butt if you want anything done on your lease to own because unless roland likes you or you go to his bosses you will wait a life time or until he changes his mind to fox or replace anything and dont even want to get into how horrible my parents were not accommodated when they first moved in with no power signed someone who is dealing with racist management and this is not just one persons oppinion
