We cannot thank Ken and his crew enough for their work! This entire process has been effortless…read more Customer service was beyond personable. Design process was easy. Production was timely, and we couldn't have had a better experience to prepare for our fundraiser!

@lknsigns (friends! repost if you'd like) {if you want the emails for proof just let me know}…read more I'm not usually one to publicly complain, but learn from a mistake hiring a sign company: I paid $3000 cash to the owner for a sign; my mistake! LkN (Kevin) were taking care of the paperwork from the Town of Mooresville. I got a verbal agreement from my landlord to put a sign up, but at the last minute, Kevin, one of the owners, told me I needed another piece of paperwork signed for the Town that he wasn't aware. I sent the form to the owner of my lease and they denied me placing a sign on the building. I asked for my money back and Kevin said "No". I went to their office and spoke with Kevin. He told me that he wasn't aware of the approval paper as this was "new" to them, however went ahead and started the project cutting about 12 hours prior to giving me this required approval letter because I had the verbal "OK" from my landlord. So now with the "NO" answer, we had an issue. I asked for my money back. I then said that as an owner, I would think that you would honor when you make a mistake and he said "well, you told us to go ahead." I'm a business owner and when I or the customer makes a mistake, I will take the responsibility for the error. LKN signs refused to give me my money back. I then requested to split the difference with them and they continued to refuse to compromise. I was not given anything in writing when I ordered the sign, only the receipt of the $3000 which I have and have showed them. Buyer beware! Shady owners who don't care about the small business owner. ***I'm now finding out others that I know have had problems as well! #lknsigns
