I ordered uniforms through this vendor for my child and had a very frustrating experience. After…read morereceiving the items, the sizing was not correct, so I requested a simple exchange -- something that is standard with almost any clothing purchase. I was told they would not allow any exchanges. The issue is that nowhere on the order form does it clearly state that all sales are final or that exchanges/refunds are not allowed. I actually saved a copy of the full page and reviewed it carefully. As a parent, sizing for kids is not always predictable, so refusing exchanges without clearly disclosing that policy upfront is unreasonable. Just be aware before ordering -- make absolutely sure your sizes are 100% correct because they may not work with you at all afterward.

Love this place…read more First time I got some furniture from this place was probably back in 1977 or 1978 when my ex-wife moved into out new home. At the time, everyone was recommending this location because of the value and after much shopping and price comparing, ordered a bed room suite from them. Lasted forever Looking for desk and gave them a shot. More than helpful but they were also at the time frame dictated by the supplier. Very helpful and cooperative and some of our neighbors who have recenbly moved her have found them as well and love them. Unfortunately they were not able to meet my immediate need but very helpful. Current owner indicated that we have probably previously dealt with his parents if it was back in the 1970's . I think I still have part of that bedroom suite.
