He also guaranteed me that there would be the other 2 main flowers in the color that I ordered. Upon arrival, none of the 3 main flowers were in the bouquet. It was filled with mostly filler flowers of lesser value, and in a completely different vase than the one that was ordered. It looked decent, but was nothing like the bouquet I paid for. I did not appreciate being lied to you, especially after they had 1 out of 3 main flowers that were needed in the fridge. He offered me only 1. The photo of the upgraded bouquet I paid for had at least 5 of them. No thank you! Still waiting on my $87 refund. Decent looking flowers if you can actually get what you paid for. Customer service definitely lacking. If you don't have what we paid for, please be honest with your customers so they can look elsewhere. Especially while in mourning. A little sympathy goes a long way. So disappointing. Luckily, we found exactly what we were looking for with another local florist.

Everyone loved the Rustic atmosphere. The kitchen is roomy, with a large dining area & family den where everyone could gather and visit. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed (the grandmothers took that one), one with four twin beds and a bunk bed, so six family members could comfortably sleep there. There is also a large bathroom with big mirrors & two sinks, so everyone could get ready for our event. Upstairs has a long dormitory style room with six twin beds & a couch. There is also a large closet, bathroom, and washer & dryer. The place was perfect! Our family from Missouri, Illinois, Texas & South Africa was enchanted with the tall pine trees, the friendly cats, dogs, and horses on the property. You just need to bring food if you plan to cook in the cabin, and toiletries, as none are provided. Don't forget salt & pepper like we did, but if you do, there is a convenience store at FM1275 & Loop 224 that has everything!

Worst hotel experience ever!!!!…read more This was our second visit to this "motel". The first was tolerable, so we sprung for the best room available. I arrived with my family in the evening in time to unpack and go to sleep. We woke up the next morning to find two bags of chips and a loaf of bread were dined on by the resident MICE. We reported it to the owners, who said they would take care of it. Nothing happened so we went down and bought our own glue traps the the following day, thinking it was only a mouse or two. We ended our trip early after catching 3 MICE in glue traps and seeing a few more afterward. When we called to let Marcy know we left early due to the MOUSE INFESTATION, SHE LAUGHED and said that just happens to dwellings in the woods. I know country houses occasionally have a mouse get inside. I also know only rarely do dwellings have RODENT INFESTATIONS and only NEGLECTED dwellings keep them. The owners must have made an attempt to hide the situation. There were no MOUSE DROPPINGS when we got there. Each day NEW MOUSE DROPPINGS appeared on the counters in the kitchen. Other things to consider: - There was an unsecured door from the office to our room. (We couldn't lock them out). This would have been a "show-stopper" except, I brought a brace to prevent the door from being opened. - The MAID UNLOCKED the DOOR and walked into our room WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP. No "do not disturb" plaque was provided. This happened on our first visit as well. The owner said he would take measures to ensure it wouldn't happen again. - Bathtub took over 24 hours to drain. - Recliner was broke. When I lifted the foot, it fell apart. - Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. - Owners are unfriendly and don't follow through with their promises. - Owners charged us $25 because she said, "your dog was on the carpet 'several times' ". She only came in once. How could she see the dog "several times" do they have surveillance inside the room? I am glad they didn't charge us for their resident MICE running on the carpet day and night. My recommendation is: CONSUMER BEWARE!!!
